Wow this place needs all new employees , I’ve never had such terrible taco bell in my life !!!! It’s so terrible that my body said nope and threw it up an hour later!!! Il let the pics speak for them selves , the people could care less munching on fresh working in the back in plain view . Got no sour cream , no cheese , hard shells that were way expired , little to no filler in anything and everything tasted like it should be medically disposed of not for human consumption!!!!! Do better taco bell and no I don’t want a refund or remake I will not be back to this location ever again , that was the first and last time !!!!!

I won’t go here again, definitely needs attention. I ordered a $30 box of supreme tacos and they gave me all crunchy tacos with hardly anything in it, they have a hard time answering the phone when I went they were happily to give me the correct order but there was ice on the tomatoes in my taco and the majority were skimpy. Just gross, I’ll stick with the Taco Bell in California!

After going in this morning, speaking with the manager Ruben (a very pleasant man may I add) and Michelle (a beautiful soul, kind woman), my order was corrected and remade, they also did inform me that the hours have changed and will be updated soon.

Been here several times live just around the corner. every single time the food is always off.
Chalupa must’ve been under the heat lamp for three hours. Rock hard.

It’s not just a one time incident. It’s a repeated thing. not to mention you can sit in their drive-through for a good 20 minutes because they’re that inefficient.

They put meat in a vegetarian order a few months ago and even after submitting for refund online they never resolved it. Awful location, even worse corporate side. The vegetarian person did consume the meat so not even seeing a refund was horrible experience. Would not trust them with my food again. If they can’t keep meat out I can’t be convinced they can keep other things that also shouldn’t be in out.

This Taco Bell location is below standards. They forgot a portion of my order, the food was cold, the beverage machine malfunctioned, and the employee with the double lip piercings was too rude also. She did not make eye contact and seemed like she was unhappy to be there. The tacos were mushy with only a teaspoon of meat under a pile of wilted lettuce. This location needs to improve. I included a photo to show how soggy and inedible the food was. We will not return. 0 stars.

Made uber delivery person wait and told him there was nothing they could do to help him or me as my order had already been “picked up.” They didn’t take accountability for handing out my order to someone else mistakenly, and left me without a meal, and the driver without his pay. Every time I come to this Taco Bell it takes forever to get a simple order. They have you park in the front and leave you sitting there for a half an hour at least. I would literally drive 10 minutes out of the way just to not come to this Taco Bell.
