Ordered a two piece dark meat with a biscuit at the drive thru. I got a tiny wing and didn’t realize the other was a breast until I was driving down Kemp.I went back a little later and went inside and told an employee. He summoned a manager who asked if I wanted a leg instead. I got a thigh. Both people gave me an “I don’t care” attitude and never apologized or said thank you.

I only have it 1 star cause i couldn’t rate with 0 stars. Chicken was like rubber and the Manager was trying to take me for a fool by telling me that is just how the tenders are to where you can’t bite it or rip it apart with your fingers. Then original biscuits we got were hard as a rock and both the girl on counter and the manager said that’s how they always are but when the manager finally asked if I wanted it replaced I said yes of course because it’s part of the meal and it’s like $10 meal ×2 cause both of our meals were messed up like that. Received the replacement pieces and there was a spot on the biscuit that isn’t normal but guess what they were soft and the tenders were edible even though they weren’t very good…. not worth the price at all

So, we always get bean burritos and chicken cantina burritos and that’s what we order this time.
Our bean burritos were right on delicious
The chicken cantina burritos missed the mark.
1st we could not taste the avacodo ranch nor the Chipotle sauce.
2nd it had rice, this burritos should not have rice in it, the rice completely changed the taste of this burritos
I want to say it had Pico de gallo in it as well, which it should not have.
LOL, I always tell my husband when we go to a taco bell, let’s see how they make their burritos. He agrees, so far no two have ever been the same.
Every taco bell weve been to seems to make these two burritos different.
So far the BEST taco bell for these two burritos is in Hereford, TX.

Ordered the party pack of tacos and every one of them had less than a table spoon of meet. It was pretty much all four tortilla or taco shell. Very disappointed and will never go back. Plus even if you tell them about it they really dont care.

Absolute worst customer service from the rude manager (Pablo) working the drive thru today in the afternoon (older male Hispanic in his late 50s). He misunderstood everything we said about one simple order of a 3-piece chicken big box meal (almost charging us for 3 boxes and asking us what our 3 different sides were). He had a very heavy Spanish accent and when I opted to clarify the misunderstood order in Spanish (I am fluent), he got upset in his response to us telling us “I got it” (which he didn’t have our order right in the first place). He never gave us the chance to order our drink, and he assigned us a Pepsi on his own. Second window worker was then not happy about having to give us a new drink but did so. Will never be back here again.

Terrible customer service. We felt so rushed when they were taking our order. We asked for sauce at the speaker. We got our food and there was no sauce. We went inside asked for two types of sauces. The guy was downright rude and only gave us one sauce out of the two we asked for. We just left because they were so rude.

This Taco bell location is under remodel at present. I bet it will be nice once it is finished! The Doritos Tacos are amazing! I just wished that the staff running the drive thru would sound happier on the sound system and offer sauces or even up sale a drink
