Went through the drive through and they told me to go wait in the parking lot and they’d bring it to me. Weird, but I waited for 10 minutes and then nobody came out to give me my food. When I went inside to ask about it, 3 separate people were just standing around and kept saying they’d “be with me in a minute”. Manager was just standing there talking on the phone. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes. Nobody helped me. I only got my food because the manager picked up a bag which had seemingly been sitting there the entire time and started just loudly asking whose it was and I said it was probably mine since I was clearly THE ONLY CUSTOMER THEY HAD and they were not busy at all. Food was cold and tasted old and terrible. Threw it out and went across the street to Chick-Fil-A where the employees were nice and the food was fresh and hot. I will never be returning to this location. The kitchen also looked super dirty and the guy making the food had a bushy beard with no hairnet and looked like he hadn’t showered in weeks.

I tried to get Taco Bell and they said they weren’t taking Taco Bell orders. lady in the front arguing and scolding an employee right in front of all the customers. so unwelcoming, and they messed up our KFC order too

I told myself a year ago, I’d never come again. I just left after being ignored at the counter. Last time, I started off third in the drive through. After 25 minutes of waiting and moving one car, I had to literally get out of my car and ask the car in front of me to kindly move so I could get to an appointment. I looked in the window and the workers were standing in a circle chatting, not working at all.
Note my daughter just called asking what is taking so long and has to leave for work and now doesn’t have dinner. I’m sure she will figure it out, but I will never be back. After 10 times of the same treatment in the last few years, I finally learned my lesson.

Staff at this location seems like they hate their jobs.
They have upset appearances.
Drive thru cashier forgotten to give me a straw, so I tried to get her attention at the window but she wouldn’t open up the window to give me a straw. I had to go into the store just to get a straw. Very weird.
Location is the only reason this place stays busy. If any other location, they would shut down. Will not go here ever again.

Awful experience every time I’ve come here, they are always out of the special items. The food takes forever, even if I’m the only person in line the food takes forever and is never good. I’m sure that aren’t paid anywhere near enough but it is also dirty inside.

From the moment I walked in, Chris was a standout—greeting everyone with a big smile and a genuine, upbeat energy that instantly made the place feel more welcoming. It wasn’t just customer service—it was hospitality.
Chris was working the front counter and was incredibly attentive. He made sure to double-check my order, ask about any customizations, and offered great suggestions without being pushy. I went with his recommendation to try the new Cantina Chicken Menu item and it was absolutely on point. You could tell he really knew and cared about the food, which honestly made me enjoy it more.
But what really set Chris apart was how he treated everyone in the restaurant. I watched him interact with a few customers ahead of me—families, someone who looked like a first-time visitor, even an elderly man who needed help reading the menu. Chris was kind, patient, and respectful with every single person. That kind of consistency in service is rare these days.
Even when the restaurant got a little busy, Chris kept a cool head, helping both the register and coordinating with the kitchen to make sure orders came out right. My food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered.
If Taco Bell gave out awards for outstanding employees, Chris would be at the top of the list. He turned a simple fast food stop into a genuinely enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location just because of him.

I originally went for Taco Bell at 11:30am, but they didn’t service Taco Bell that early. Ummmm ok. Ordered a 2 PC KFC combo and they messed up my order. No biscuit and no fires, but I got mashed potatoes.
