If you have dietary restrictions, these people WILL try to kill you. They do not listen when you say that you have allergies, and they do not pay attention to any requests you make, in person or ordering. I CANNOT eat meat or cheese and I make that very clear every time I order from here. Also their phone lines are ALWAYS down so you can’t call to make complaints. There is one singular good worker here and if he’s not there then you’re guaranteed to have the worst service of your life.

I am a die hard Taco Bell fan since th 60s. But this is one of better ones. Especially when the best lady employee is on. When ordering crowd is dealt with she roams the room making sure all is clean and ready. When seniors comes in she treats them like her own grandparents. If drinks are low she refills. She works like a 4* or better restaurant waitress, at a Taco Bell. I would hate to see her leave, but any high tipping restaurant would love to have her. She’s too good for fast food. But while we have her, Anna TB Rocks!

Absolutely rude service. They gave me a dirty stare after correcting THEIR mistake of putting “beef” on my “vegetarian Mexican pizza.” They complained about having to make it again all whilst it took not even 1 minute to come out. Side note, $5 for a regular Chalupa? Come on now. Nearly $6 for mashed potatoes? Make it make sense.

Came through the drive through today, waited at the drive through to get someone to answer when it didn’t seem busy. When we did get someone they would disappear, and ignore everything we said, it took so long to get each item of our order in. Really frustrating as I love Taco Bell’s food but I’ve had so many issues with them recently (mobile and in store) I may stop ordering.

Our order did get messed up. And had sour cream added to our order. We did not say anything until later.And really did not mind. The girl up front, was very nice and apologized for misunderstanding our order. Did have to order another one for my son, since he does not like sour cream. We did mention that the order was incorrect.But we still had to order another one. The right thing to do would have been to order a new one correctly with no charge.

So the wedges tasted like burnt oil? Like I let my car go without an oil change for 6 months (I drive 200 miles a day) and the mechanic made me eat the oil as punishment. It tasted like that, the service was speedy though

They gave me the wrong order.I didn’t notice until I made it home and I called multiple times but no one answered the phone. The receipt had my correct order but they just put whatever they wanted in the bag. I didn’t have time to go back up there for them to fix it

Will not be returning to this location! Please get the girl at the drive thru i think her name is Fabi(she has glasses) off the drive thru. I’ve been several times and everytime i come she has an ugly attitude and don’t know nothing about customer service! handed me my food with a attitude and told me i couldn’t order nothing at the window i would have to go back around but there was no cars behind me!

So I ordered an online pickup order, basic order nothing crazy, when I got to the store to pick up the order, around 15 minutes after ordering, the cashier told me they were still working on it, so I left to got take care of something. I came back bout 10 minutes later, same thing as last time, “they’re still working on it” okay. So I left again to do another chore, upon returning a 3rd time almost 30 minutes later, still no order.. I asked again if it was ready yet and cashier was just confused and didn’t really know how to respond, so I get closer to the counter and ask the kitchen directly, they told me that my order had already been picked up! WHAT?? Who? They had given MY order to some random person after I had paid for it. ON TOP OF THAT they had already seen my face and heard me asking for that exact order 2 times prior. Absolute incompetence
