Cheap franchisee. Their cost cutting measures put their staff in a bad spot with customers upset about service failures that lay squarely at the door of the franchisee. It’s a shame really. They get good staff but higher than normal turn over because they get tired of being yelled at for things out of their control.

Every time we go here weather it’s chicken or Tacos. This time we got 2 12 packs one soft one hard. I get to the window to pay and the kid says sorry we don’t have beef! Would you like chicken or steak? I said does steak cost extra? He says no. I said ok give me steak. Then when we get home, first taco had just three pieces of steak! Nothing else no cheese no lettuce. Some others had just a pinch of cheese and few pieces of lettuce. I am assuming because this is the only Taco Bell within and hours drive that they can rip people off. I guess it’s a good thing I don’t eat here often.

My burrito I forefather had like one bite beans and the rest was the wrap it was supposed to have sour cream but no I’m so very mad about this I spent almost $10 to get a $3 burrito delivered and they decide not to put hardly any beans on like this is bad and they never answer the phone. I ordered a meal that included mashed potatoes. Gor home and my mashed potatoes still had the powder in it. Couldn’t eat them it was gross emailed KFC. MANGER emailed back and said my phone didn’t work I called her back and she’s never returned my call. I won’t be going back
