I went to Taco Bell tonight at 7:45 pm. I ordered a taco party pack and a chicken chlupa 7.99 box
I can tell you when I pulled up there were three cars piled up waiting for food and were angry. Nobody was receiving the correct food. After being there 15 minutes they finally bring out what’s supposed to be my food..it wasn’t right it was the lady that was ahead of me. I waited some more and then got my order. I spent over 34$. I am upset they threw my tacos together so fast the lettuce and all ingredients didn’t even go half way up the taco shells. This is ridiculous. I work to hard for my money to be treated this way
I would have much rather waited longer and got the correct items. I don’t know what was going on in that store but while everyone is getting the wrong orders a lady is outside smoking and walking around..two nobody acted like they knew what was going on. Get new people on this shift None of them are capable of being there without a babysitter except the sweet long haired girl in the drive through window bless her heart I’d give her 5 stars. Make her lead…oh and another thing..when did you start making cinnamon twists without cinnamon on them..or actually having crunchy shells..not stale yucky whatever this is..I’m calling corporate to.orrow I want my money back period…
And one more thing!!!!
It’s not fair that this community has plenty of people that need a job! Plenty I know that are good hard working people that are looking for work and they can’t get this lady manager to hire them ..and then that is what she is holding on to keep…absolutely sad…people in this town love KFC and taco bell and want it here but this kinda crap will get it shut down

Depending on the time you go. I feel that the day shift manager is on point she makes sure everything is hot fresh and service is second to none. The other shifts they need to go to work at some gas station because that’s how they act. Your food that you get is cold if you get all that you ordered, second they entertain their friends that come to visit them, rather than take orders to orders and complete elementary level tasks. If you go here before 5 you’re in great hands after that go across the street where you’ll get your food fast hot and with a smile. Sonic would be your best bet. This place should be shut down after 430 because the management is less than okay. Zero management skills that let’s her crew do as they wish. I will not ever go here after 430 period!

Ahlyia was awesome, my order was not standard but she handled it well and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking for special orders. She was kind and courteous like my business mattered to her! She has earned my business and praise for this store to anyone that will listen and I hope management sees her for the asset she is. Not only is this restaurant terrible in every way, they will give you bugs. I paid extra for a refresca drink and when I took the lid off to see what was floating in it, it had none of the fruit that goes in the drink, instead there was tons of ants floating in the drink. The health department needs to shut it down.

The food is decent sometimes, but most the time the people here are just very rude and will always get an attitude. Everytime we go here it’s like they have to say something rude and act like it’s a huge inconvenience to even take an order.

Do not ignore the very poor rating!! Every table and chair leg in this restaurant looks like it was never cleaned, and was in 12” of mud once upon a time. The hairball on the dining room floor was appetizing. The pubic hair and dead flies in the window sill also was a nice touch . It’ll be a miracle of science if we don’t get the deuce coupes in 30 mins after we leave. Thank God I’m up to date on tetanus shots. I dunno if this is from poor management, or if we’re just in Arkansas?

Order the festive pot pie meal that came with apple popers but i didnt get them in my bag..the workers were even fixing meals there were chatting , the girl at window taking orders had to go fix my meal ..the others walked off the line ..had one vehicle pulled up waiting service at this store is always bad and lots of times out of chicken

Never have everything in stock. The last three times I have been there I drove off before ordering because they were out of everything I’d ask for. How is a chicken place always out of chicken? And why does it take 45 minutes to go from giving your order to picking up your food at the window. Also… any time I’ve ever ordered tacos the shells have been so stale they hurt your teeth. The people here are also so rude. Customer service SUCKS.

Food is decent when they actually listen and get it right. Service is rude and dismissive, particularly the drive thru. They rush you, cut you off, and hardly ever read it back to you. They act like they don’t want to deal with you at all.

I thought I’d give this place another chance after multiple failed attempts. Walk in and there’s nobody behind the counter to take my order for at least 7min. Someone finally came up to take my order and acted like he was pissed off to be there. After taking my order I sat down and started to look at all the trash all over the floor. There was 1 family dining in and 2 cars in the drive thru. They could have easily cleaned up the place or at minimum pick up the trash on the ground, but instead were outside talking and smoking. I understand it’s taco bell but they need to watch Training videos from Chick-fil-A or something. I’d rather drive 20min one way to Jonesboro for Taco Bell than drive 3min down the road to this one.
