There were 3 people in the back talking and on their phones. There was one person fixing the orders. It took 20 minutes for two of us to get our order. The cashier was friendly. The food was tasty. Broken shells and cheese outside of the shell.

The employees have terrible attitudes, think they are cool ballers and move in slow motion. They had 4 cars that had already paid and still waiting on their food. They hat a dirty filthy place. I left without getting my food. I wouldn’t eat anything that comes out of this place. It doesn’t get much worse than this.

I was picking up an order for a customer, they had the food in an oven, with lettuce and sour cream on it. They made me make the drink, that they should have made, and they were running a skeleton crew in the middle of lunch, no straws fir the drinks. They need to do better.

Tortilla’s had been exposed to air so they were dry and crumbly instead of hot and moist. The beef filling was also dryand over cooked. Food was cheap but not worth the food poisoning I received. Will not be back.

If I could do zero stars I would. I could count on 1 hand how many times I’ve had a good experience at this Taco Bell but 99.9% of the time I NEVER end up with the right order, NEVER have a worker that acts like they are not in the worst & rudest mood. Even after nicely saying you got the wrong stuff or you are missing stuff, you end up with a even ruder attitude from the worker & really just want to get my money back but don’t even want to give the worker the time of day because they ARE SO RUDE!!! I recommend absolutely no one to this Taco Bell because it should be closed to due to how horrible the workers are to the customers.

Thankfully the service at the window is usually very good. And that is all I have to say good about this location. This is the 3rd time I have ordered a Mexican pizza from this location and it’s the 3rd time the shells have been rancid!! PLEASE teach staff to change the grease…that’s the most disgusting taste.
