I’m so disappointed with the service that was provided from the night crew. They don’t care your spending your money on what you ordered 2 things was missing from my order and then when I tried to get the young lady’s attention she had an attitude yes it is something missing two things to be exact I don’t understand how you can have an attitude and the screen is right in front of you for so you can read everything that needs to go in that order and you still messed up anyway and then want to get an attitude with the customer that’s crazy the few times I’ve gone there the food is never hot it’s just lukewarm and when you ask for something fresh they say okay but it’s never done they need to get new people for the night crew no worries I’ll never go back

Terrible! I placed an online order through doordash at 1.40 for pick up. They said the order would be ready in 20 minutes.
50 minutes later food was not ready. I went to them and asked what’s going on. They told me to wait, I waited another 35 minutes and finally received my order at three o’clock. An hour and 20 minutes had passed from the start of the order.

Our drive through order took twenty eight minutes. Then the people were Absolutely the slowest and worst employees. Rude and horrible hygiene. We didn’t even get the correct order. This place needs to go out of business.

I stopped here to eat because they have items without meat on the menu. The receipt had the right items on it but I was given a crunch wrap with meat. Does there seriously need to be a training session on how to listen to people and give them the right items? A middle school student should be able to handle that. Don’t be surprised when somebody gets sick and then sues the restaurant

Half KFC, half taco bell, out of half the menu options.

I’ve visited regularly on my lunch breaks and the service is always terrible. The drive thru is always packed because no one is taking orders. So I go inside to order. Then there’s people standing around not taking orders having conversations with a line at the register.

Some food was fresh some was old but the young lady at the drive through I could tell hated her job she was unfriendly and kinda rude and made me feel uncomfortable ordering from her in case I made her mad she seemed like to type to spit in your food. That was the vibe she was giving off I don’t know her and I’ve only been here once passing through town, but I definitely wouldn’t stop here again.

All the tables were dirty. Couldn’t get a receipt said the machine was down. Went back to ask for napkins because the chicken was so greasy and oily. And was told they don’t have none either had to go into the bathroom. Of course they had a roll of paper towels. Would not recommend going there again. Bad attitude, dirty.
