Horrible service. I ordered on Doordash around 9pm. Me and my wife arrive and the worker tells us “Yall are going to have to cancel it.” We didn’t ask why but we did call the store and we didn’t receive an answer at all. I understand it is raining but the point of fast food is to get it and go. I would not recommend ordering or coming to this KFC at all.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW YOU GO SOMEWHERE DURING LUNCH RUSH AND EVERYTHING IS COLD AND DISGUSTING, BEEF COLD, Chalupa fell apart before I can even bite it, DLT Taco stale and disgusting couldn’t even chew the taco. I spit it out. Mountain Dew Baja blast taste flat and leaves a bitter after taste, nacho chips taste like they were tossed in cinnamon, it’s very upsetting and aggravating when you have a limited lunch and can’t go back and get a refund or get your food remade. I’m very disgusted and disappointed.

I work around the corner and I will drive 20 mins to go to a different Taco Bell.

Went through the drive through ordered a bean burrito and some nacho fries waisted formy food for 45min went inside to ask about my food couldn’t get any help but there was like people standing around in the back not cooking or repairing any one food but arguing about how it was none of their turns to cook then when I finally got some one they said they lost our order. Hoanstley don’t know how a place like that even stays in business I give them negative stars. Don’t waisted your time

The entire experience was horrible! I will stick to the excellent location on greenwell springs! No greeting at the speaker. They were out of wings at 5pm in the day. Kristin didn’t ask what size freeze I wanted and gave me a small. The roll ups literally had a sprinkle of cheese in them and were not rolled at all! As I talk with people nobody likes this location and that needs to be fixed. It’s unacceptable. Go to another location people I’m warning you!

As the cashier was ringing us up yesterday, she would not stop touching her hair. When she wasn’t touching the register screen, she was scratching her head or pulling on her long locks. She then grabbed our sauces with those same hands and then tossed them in our empty cup and handed it to us. When going back to get a new cup, because of course there was a hair in it, they ignored us for some time before finally getting around to it. I was repulsed by the blatant disregard for food safety. Would she want her food or drinks handled that way?
