Something was wrong with the flavor of the crunchy tacos. Sour taste to meat. I stopped at the first bite. I tried the 2nd taco and after one bite there was the broken off piece of a sauce packet in this taco. I quit afterwards. I was served food that shouldn’t have been served. Worst taco bell in the history of their establishments. I wasn’t provided a receipt when purchased
food. I had to provide my phone for them to take a picture of my purchase. I’m envisioning I will get sick based on the small sample of food I had. The health department needs to shut this place down.

Absolute worst service and was served very old chicken tenders. I could not eat them. The manager replaced them with fresh ones. The staff had bad attitudes and acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me dipping sauce. My daughter was served inedible chips that were rancid. I’ll never go to this establishment again.

No one was in the front .. took 5minutes to finally be noticed. The worker came up to us shaking his head without even speaking to us. We kindly asked if it was open we never got a response was just shaking his head. We decided to leave but once we were walking out the door he wanted to start arguing with us and saying we had an attitude we just left the restaurant. Well never never never eat here again, roach infested on the benches and i watched one of the employees fix chicken sandwich with no gloves. I told him he need gloves on. Cinnamon twist was old and hard. They need to shut this place down. Dude said KFC dont wear gloves but taco bell do. DONT EAT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I placed a drive in order at drive thru. It took 20 minutes to make. People at the counter were steady getting their orders. Our food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was dried Out and hard in the tacos. The taco meat was ruined!!

Stale tortillas, and I don’t even know what to say about the way this is made. That’s a bean and cheese burrito. I imagine if they didn’t try to do KFC and Taco Bell it might go better for them. When food looks like this there is a problem with management. The staff I interacted with were polite and helpful.

Walked all the way from Comfort Inn in the rain to eat at Wendy’s cause I’m a truck driver and the lobby was locked down and employees ignored me, walked thru drive thru and they refused to serve me. So I went to Burger King next door and the girl was on her phone with no orders or customers and ignored me for 10 minutes. So I walked across the street to Wendy’s and they gladly promptly took my order.

I really didn’t want to believe the reviews but man that’s a bad taco bell. There’s a boot print on the glass by the drive-thru window which is almost hilarious but it’s gross, and look at the state of this Bean burrito. Like the easiest item on the menu. Wasn’t even warm. There was one vehicle in line ahead of me, it wouldn’t have taken much effort to not make this sad little burrito.
