We have seen all the negative reviews for the Plattsmouth Taco Bell/KFC but decided to give them a try anyways in hopes that we were one of the lucky ones.Well, we were not.
Jim went thru the drive thru. Ordered hard shell tacos with mild sauce. THEY ARE OUT OF MILD SAUCE. Kay ordered a mini taco salad.
Upon arriving home with the order we discovered the following:
Jim’s tacos. Hard shells WERE NOT COOKED. If you have ever eaten a non cooked hard shell they are super crumbly and just dont taste good, almost stale tasting.
Kay’s taco salad had NO LETTUCE! Isn’t the whole point of a taco salad, the SALAD part? There was also sour cream added, when website said it was optional and not something she wanted added.
All ended up going into the trash and we made microwave meals instead.

Received gravy with no mashed potatoes $12 for chicken tenders that are tiny. Lady said I can’t have barbecue sauce cause I didn’t order chicken tenders witch I obviously did.she was very rude. But no surprise as almost every time I go there we have bad service,What else can you do when you want KFC or Taco Bell around here?

Came here with two friends and somehow this place managed to mess up every single part of the experience.
First off, we waited 23 minutes for my order. Not only that, but when the food finally came out, it was brought 10 minutes apart each time, so no one even got to eat together. What’s the point of going out with friends if you’re all just sitting there watching each other eat?
One of my friend’s quesadillas was not even melted–cold chicken, cold cheese, basically straight out of the fridge. On top of that, one of my burritos was completely missing from the order.
When we asked about a refund, the lady at the front gave both me and my friend serious attitude and refused to refund it, saying they would only remake it. After already waiting forever and seeing how gross the food was, why would we want another one?
The place felt disgusting and unclean, and while we were there, people were waiting on their orders even longer than we were. Clearly this is normal for them.
Terrible service, terrible food, bad attitudes, and zero accountability. Do better.

If I could give you a zero star I absolutely would , not only has it been 4 consecutive times you’ve gotten my order wrong to some degree, I asked for a STEAK quesorito 4 times , it has not been made right at any point but today I got taco meat on a STEAK. You guys are an absolute joke . This is bare minimum. You didn’t even cut my quesadilla and it wasn’t even cooked thoroughly.

Went to eat inside on 3-8-26 and found the dining area in complete disarray. It was obvious after walking around the booths and tables that none of the tables or seating including floor had been cleaned for over an entire day or several shifts . Covered in food crumbs wrappers grease . Management sent some one to clean but they were going through the motions leaving the majority . Huge health concerns in the dining area . Very poor management at this location . Kitchen prep area looked compromised as well .

The most unbelievable bad experience with a KFC I have ever had! 3 of us had the 3pc tenders. To describe it really is no words. The tenders were so dry and rubbery we couldn’t eat it. The biscuits they first gave us were so hard and dry you could seriously injure someone with them. Employee told us their was fresh ones coming out of the oven. 15 min later we finally got them. Never have I had a bad experience with a KFC. “BUT” THIS PLACE WAS UNBELIEVABLE! Not in a good way! I don’t recommend going to eat there. Just saying! Won’t be back.

If I could give them zero stars I would but it isn’t an options. Every time I come to this location, The workers are extremely rude and the place is filthy. I went through the drive-through this time and ordered some food for my daughter and asked if they could add a lemonade because she forgot to let me know and they said they were not allowed to add to the ticket once we’re at the window paying. Which made no sense cause it was just a drink and I sat for 20 minutes waiting for my food. They are very unprofessional and the restaurant when you go inside reeks of sewer. From now on I’ll drive the extra 20 min Bellevue to order from kfc or Taco Bell. I keep trying to give this location a second chance but everytime it gets worse

The wait times here are insane. I waited 5 mins at the drive through and nothing moved so I came inside to order. Took another 5 mins for someone to even come up front to take my order then over 20 mins to get my food. I thought a new manager was supposed to be coming in to fix the issues but clearly that hasn’t happened.

Absolutely horrible, we ordered the 16 piece chicken tender meal and they literally cut up pieces of chicken think the size of a nugget and put that in the box!!! 50 bucks for the equivalent of two chicken breasts. It literally blows my mind. Drive further to another place it’s worth it

They where out of the buns for my chicken sandwich, but put it on two slider buns toasted ok, they forgot my fries. Manager was not professional about the way she yelled at staff when she went to the bathroom. Restaurant needed cleaning. I will not go back
