We was on a little out of town trip to Cameron Missouri. Thought we would stop at a local KFC – Taco Bell to get a bite to eat. We ordered two Mexican pizzas and some nacho chips. I use my credit card to pay, and then after receiving the paper ticket noticed that the price was way higher than it should have been. $24.50 with tax. The ticket said Mexican pizza 2 taco sub, not sure what this is but we didn’t order it. I asked if they could correct it and credit my card. They said they could not credit my card, but they could give me some type of credit next time I was in the store on a future order. We was from out of town I might never be here again. I asked if we could have a gift card, so I could use it at another KFC – Taco Bell, they said they couldn’t. Okay, I’m basically out about 10 bucks for items we didn’t order. Then after waiting for about 20 some minutes for our food, we got tired of waiting and just left. I find it incredible, that they could not refund our money for items we didn’t order. Very very dissatisfied with this store.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, rude employees and slow service. Went through the drive through, ordered and paid, then was parked for 25+ minutes. Will not be coming back.

Service is very slow. The chicken is so dark and greasy you can tell its cooked in old used dirty oil. We didn’t order any taco bell food because we know its not made with real meat. Its all meat fillers and way over priced. If you like to eat healthy I do NOT recommend going here for anything to eat.

I’ve seen some pretty rough Taco Bell and KFCs both, but this might take the cake. Took them a few minutes to take our order, as soon as we do order, 2 gentlemen come to the front to tell them they had both been waiting about 20/30 minutes.. shouldn’t known right then. They finally got the men their orders, but then they kept handing out orders to those that ordered well after us.. took them about 20 minutes to bring out our food, which was completely missing a box. Then when we finally got the eat the chicken had hardly any meat on it and was cold.. how was it cold?! They were also out of butter and salt, which explains why the corn was so disgusting. One gentleman tried to kind-of apologize for our wait, but it was insane. They weren’t even that busy, the people in the back were just super slow. Hannah, I believe her name was, was running around, bringing people their orders. She was super sweet and stayed positive, she seems like the only one who gave a shit. Definitely won’t ever be returning here!

So I only go through the drive through and each time I do something is wrong or missing. The last time I went I told them “yesterday when I got food for my family, they shorted my son his fries”, they gave him an extra order of fried the next day. My boy was happy so who am I to complain?

This kfc/tacobell the employees never seem to wear gloves nor know what they are doing in the evenings. Specially 4-6pm times which I assume would be peak times. Employees when asked about items dealing with even door dash or inside service don’t come back with sauces and managers don’t seem to care it’s not uncommon to have a 30+ to a 1 hour wait time to still be missing items.

Recently moved locally. Let me premise this with I am a lifelong Taco Bell fan but I have lived in the city 90% of my Taco Bell experience. Have been to this Taco Bell 10-12 times in the last 2 months. It started with ordering a nachos bell grande beef, no beans extra nacho cheese (my staple) and getting a nacho’s supreme both times. That has changed I guess they figured it out or got the right size containers in because the last few times it was right. Ordered something last night (they always take forever and have you pull up to the side immediately even without a car in the parking lot). Ran to Walmart got paper towels and when I got back they said they were waiting on nacho cheese. Tonight had it DoorDash’ed and there was a hair in my nachos. Some of you will think this is an exaggeration but if you have been there (or work there) you will know this is true. Taco Bell if you reach out I want nothing but for this restaurant to be fixed. (Nachos with hair in it is in a ziplock bag in my freezer if you want it.)

We stopped there at 1030 pm on Friday night. Hours posted for late nolight until 1100pm. The automated system asked what we wanted to order. We started to t e ll our order and a human voice just barked, ” mWe close at 1030.” Lights were still on and OPEN sign still on. I do not recommend this place. I spoke to another “local” and they said that no one in the town likes the Taco Bell/KFC.
