Got dinner here on the way home after getting some Christmas shopping done and let’s just say WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! kids cinnamon twist BURNT! forgot my sons whole meal on top of that had to wait 30+ minutes. Lady inside was throwing a fit and NOT wearing gloves everyone else had gloves on but her! NEVER COMING BACK! On top of that this is their second time missing a WHOLE MEAL!!!!

Dude didn’t know the cantina-bowl recipe, been working there for years. Other Managers saying put a little pich on there. It’s not clean, at all. Or it’s their idea of what clean is. Liberty Taco-Bell is better. Wait until the authentic Mexican restaurant opens up down the road where the old Sonic used to be. Bye-Bye Taco-Bell in Excelsior.

The young woman working the window at night, is extremely rude. We as customers need to boycott excelsior springs Taco Bell/KFC only then will management fix the horrible food, and the rude employees. If you the workers read this please fix your attitude and take some pride in your work, you are the only ones who can fix it. I don’t love my job but I take pride in it and give 110% every day.

Do not waste your money on this food, cantina chicken bowl is trash. Chicken dried up and they left off the black bean. After complaint was told the general manager would reach out to me, crickets. Worse Taco Bell chain in history! What size group is this place best suited for? 0 isn’t an option

Went to order only to be greeted in dirty voice of “dine in and you two girls could get lucky today” because there’s lots of men in here. Takes forever to order because she couldn’t figure out computer and then the order took 25 minutes to receive even going in to order. (The food was cold and the Mexican pizza tasted like stale oil) We watched another woman start yelling because the system was not working and screaming at another to get up front to delete transaction. Shaking the computer screen and shaking her head wildly and walking off. Mind you the area was full of people setting and waiting for food. We watched the kitchen and how extremely slow they were and griping how each other doesn’t k know how to read the incoming orders on screen. We’ve all seen people in the kitchen and there wasn’t any momentum to get done. The outside was all around building and when the system didn’t work she said aggressively in speaker to outside to just come in if you really want to order food today. This has to be the worst Taco Bell establishment and yes I have been previous to and after new management!

Just ordered beans. Beans actually had a crust on them and cheese was hard. Straight in the trash. Pick another place to eat. Ordered at 2:04 received food at 2:15 (drive-thru)

This taco bell is absolutely horrible I get attitude for asking you to count my change back to me from paying with $100 bill. The young girl shorted me $20 and then the older lady gave me tons of attitude because I asked her to count my change back to me. Not my fault not even people older than me don’t know how to do this very simple skill. You guys are horrible your managers are horrible. And you don’t teach anyone how to handle money correctly. And there was beans in the cheese dip.

Drive thru is never open, constantly blocked with a trash can. Employees seem like that absolutely hate their job, no enthusiasm or care toward anything. The food quality is awful. Here’s my crunch wrap? My hard taco was soggy by the time I got home, which is a five minute drive. I hate going here. Definitely needs a new staff or better management.
