In the past 4 months I’ve ordered at their drive thru 3 times while on my lunch break. All 3 orders were incorrect. It is truly not that hard to push a button and then check the screen and/or the receipt. However, in today’s case, if you can read it back to me correctly when I placed my order but the tacos are missing multiple ingredients then it sounds more like a not being able to read problem. Either way 3 order in a row over 4 months time? Absolutely ridiculous, you are not that busy at 1pm

The food was super fresh! I have eaten my fair share of various Taco Bell’s & thus i found it so fresh that i feel compelled this for it really was fresh a good. Just a thumbs up where a thumbs up is due!

Not a very clean location. Staff aren’t very friendly and service is very slow. There is no consistency with food either. Sometimes there is only a couple pieces of chicken on a taco. I’ve found metal flakes in my drink. I’ve waited for 45 minutes for food after they got the order wrong. Also, they are out of several things on the menu at any given time. I can’t recommend this location. It is not under good management. Food is too expensive these days to have it served to you in such a way.

Can’t rate on food because we didn’t get a chance to order at about 8:30 PM. The lights were on and the doors were closed, ehich sums up the service and atmosphere.

went to pull in drive thru, and the lady before me put her car in park and i knew it was going to be a long wait and i would probably have better luck to go in and order to go. walked in, THERES A PUPPY in the lobby. this is not a service animal as the PET isn’t old enough to have gone through any training, barely old enough to start distemper/parvo vaccine. i said “thats unsanitary” and walked out, turned around and started recording, the women had already picked up the puppy and had it under a blanket. this happened 12/12/25 at approx 7:30pm. i want the video footage from the store looked at. i will be calling southern 7, IDPH, and KFC corporate Monday morning.

Im happy they still have these, but was kinda small ,but they handled a big group ( 26 ) pretty well. The food took a little longer, but We kinda just dropped in on them ,and the team was hungry. Thank you Taco Bell

Everytime we come here they’re either out of chicken, their grill isn’t working, or something else is up. We ordered combos that came with large and after paying we were told they’re out of large cups so we were getting mediums. Well- we paid for large so it would’ve been nice to know that before hand. It also normally takes 20 minutes or more to receive our order and we’re either the only ones here or there’s one other car behind us. The people working are always very nice which I appreciate and our order is always correct. But if you’re expecting consistency and reliability I would just skip it.

It’s the same every time I come into this place . They are always having issues with either there drive thru or their head sets or the grill or out of chicken . Not all the workers are bad . The manager cussed me out over the phone . This place needs shut down ppl fired and remodel the place . Not to mention one time I came here and I got home my tacos tasted like cleaner . Took them back up there they told me it was something on there shelf’s so they gave us new food which I was pretty sick to even eat .

We ordered two deluxe boxes and the taco shells were all broken. We didn’t get any sauces or napkins. Also ordered a mango peach drink and the drink was very nasty. I could not drink at all.
