The staff was super friendly, and the food was extremely overpriced and tasted like slop. The frozen drink was the only delicious thing that I ordered. It’s a shame what they charge for food that rips apart just taking it out of the wrapper. Won’t be wasting my money again unless it’s just for the drink.

I hate the kiosks inside. In fact , another group came in about ten minutes after us, while we were waiting for somebody all that time to ring us up. The employee took the order of the people behind us instead?!?!!! We ended up leaving because nobody acknowledged that we were even there! I never had a problem with the drive thru. They have always been fast and accurate.

First of all whatever I ordered two bean burritos with extra cheese and extra red sauce, they came out to almost $10 over nine dollars
Like wow that extra cheese and extra red sauce was five bucks
But anyway, whatever
I’m traveling through so I’m on the road already when I start eating my first mistake no that was my second mistake. My first mistake was stopping at this location
Anyway, the first bite I took of my bean burrito was crunchy. Yeah that’s what I said crunchy
So I spit the bite out and opened it up and the beans apparently have been sitting long enough. They had dried up and become crunchy. I mean, crunchy crunchy there’s no way they didn’t notice it when they made the burrito. What a bunch of losers I’m sorry, but I don’t normally get this upset read my reviews from before I try to be polite and not insulting even when I’m upset but this is crazy. How can you make a burrito with dried up beans and not know it so they just chose to not do anything about it
I come through here frequently and I have stopped several times quite a few actually, but that will be my last and I would advise anybody with Taco Bell cravings to avoid this location

I’m staying near by in a hotel. Twice I have shown up 15-20 min before closing to order and the doors are already locked. When the sign clearly says 10pm and at 940 or 945 they are locked up.

Usually the food here is pretty decent. But somewhat disappointed when you pay as much as you do for the cinnabon delights it’s almost $3 for just two and then when you get them there’s no sugar on the outside so they’re just like deep fried grease balls

Don’t go here expecting your order to be correct past 830 pm . Apparently they run out of things and don’t tell you and sub it for what they have. Didn’t sub it for a large side either because I had a large fry which they didn’t have anymore of. Super disappointed.
