The most disrespectful company to ever get food!! I’ve related my ordererb5 times to the employee, and they repeated it at window and still has my entire order messed up!!! This is so uncalled for! 50$ almost for food and nothing is correct. The nacho fries are nasty, my burrito was not made right, and my Mac and cheese was cold, my tacos were made wrong and they forgot some of mt food. This is lottery the 8th time this month they messed up!!!! Then you call nobody answers! This is ridiculous!!! I will be contacting corporate.

Antoine/Antwan was the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with coming to this location for its entire existence. I had a super long day of traveling and when I went through the drive through he took my order(with a lot of modifications) with no worries even having some good conversations with me as well. Josh the manager is so amazing with customer service and making sure everything is made in an orderly fashion and same with Tyler is so helpful and Mandy is wonderful in helping take my orders when I stop in and is so sweet and always asks how my day is going! Food is decent, it’s Taco Bell. However the speed of service is ridiculously slow! One of the male mangers is a complete joke. He thinks he’s funny and he isn’t. He does nothing to resolve an issue and has an ignorant condescending attitude when you do speak with him. I will NEVER again go to this establishment.

This is probably the best taco bell that you can go to in the area: they don’t skimp on ingredients, they have always been nice and quick – Despite how busy they are all the time, and the ingredients are fresh, unlike most other taco bells i go to where they are dried out and not that good.

Great turnaround from years past. Food is always hot and fresh and the drive-through is 10 times quicker than a year ago (90% of the time, but various things happen everywhere). Don’t judge on the few negative comments as it is impossible to please everyone. Great polite staff and the manager Manuel is a fresh breath for the location. He goes above and beyond. A++ to him and his team!!! And my humble recommendation for locals is to avoid the nearby alternatives. Per Mc., Frank (hint???) the other management and staff at local competing fast food options do not care about satisfaction. Even if they serve you something inedible. Your problem. Not theirs. Wow!

Came through drive through at 11:07pm and no one would come to the speaker/window. We waited for 5mins and got nothing. According to google you close at 12am. People were inside, but no one would take our order or came to the window. This location has always been terrible & will continue to be until management makes changes.

We live in the area and frequent here often. The food is good. Our orders are always correct. However, it always always takes forever in the drive through at this location.
