Recently went in for a KFC family meal. I’ve been here before and it’s your standard fast-food experience, nothing special.
Today, I returned after some time and the place was Busy! My order was taken right away, while waiting the few minutes, the manager approached me just to ensure I had been cared for. Meanwhile it being busy inside, multiple tables filled and people going about, it was also busy in the drive thru. I’ve got experience in the industry and was surprised at how well organized the team was and how quick they were and, most importantly.. the food.
Food was 10/10! Hot, definitely fresh, chicken was JUICY and delicious. I’ve Honestly NEVER had juicy chicken from KFC. hence why I am taking time to leave a review.
Everything was Great! Definitely will return. The price was fair after the coupon. It’s obvious the team there Rocks.

This Taco Bell location really goes above and beyond! The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The food came out quickly, was prepared efficiently, and tasted amazing — honestly better than other Taco Bells I’ve been to. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Out of all the Taco Bells I’ve visited, this one truly stands out as the best. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and great food done right!

First, I waited several minutes before someone even came to the counter. Then I had to wait as 3 cars entered the drive thru, got their food and left after I ordered. Then, my supreme tacos that came with my meal didn’t have tomatoes or sour cream, and my Mexican pizza only had half the toppings. I should get a full refund for this nightmare.

Decent Taco Bell. Terrible KFC. Taco Bell orders are usually done right. KFC orders are poorly prepared. Ordered an 8 piece bucket and picked it up the moment it was ready. Drove less than 5 minutes to my house and opened up the chicken to find it was soggy and mushy and the breading just fell off most of the chicken, leaving a greasy, disgusting mess. Across the street is a Popeyes and their fried chicken is crunchy and not nearly as greasy and gross.
For some reason, you can use the KFC all here, but not the taco Bell app.
I’ll return for Taco Bell, but I will never get KFC from this location again.

Got stale food and wrong food. Guy at register couldn’t understand my order. When I tried to bring it up with manager, he argued with me and then got the cashier who couldn’t understand me in the first place. Nobody gave a crap. Worst Taco Bell I ever experienced and that is a low, low bar to clear.

I would leave zero stars if I could.
We asked for 4 Burrito rolls (without cheese) and 1 with cheese. They gave us all with cheese. This was repeated multiple times between me and the employee. Still we received all with Cheese! I thought ok this was a kitchen error that would be easy to acknowledge and fix. I go back inside, and explain the situation and instead of fixing the issue,
Abbey and Stephenie said they would not correct/replace the food and they will return my money for the 1st order but I would have to pay for a new order

I have never had a situation in which staff will not replace wrong food or make you pay for it all over again! Where is the common sense in any of this?
After going back and forth on this another staff person understood the situation and fixed our food! It is insane that customers are treated so poorly over something like this. Management needs to address the poor customer service here and hire people who actually can communicate in English!
