I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences at this Taco Bell have been consistently disappointing. Unfortunately, this location has made mistakes with our orders twice now, and both times the issues were significant enough that we had to go back and have them corrected. Accuracy should be a basic expectation, yet it has been a recurring problem. We asked for beef they gave us chicken, we wanted hard shell they gave us soft shell, the deep fried Mexican pizza tasted like the oil was old.
Additionally, the interior of the restaurant did not feel well managed. Several tables were dirty, with no one actively maintaining the dining area despite it not being busy. It gave the impression that cleanliness is not being prioritized, which is concerning for a food establishment.
I also noticed that some of the staff appeared distracted and not fully attentive, looked higher than a kite, which may be contributing to the ongoing order issues and the overall lack of professionalism. While I understand that fast-food environments can be busy, customers still deserve reliable service, accuracy, and a clean place to eat.
I hope management can address the training, cleanliness, and service concerns at this location. As a customer, I would love to see improvements so that future visits can be more enjoyable and consistent. Until then this place needs better management and workers.

And then with an attitude no greet or anything “what can I get you” rushing us thru every part of our order

If I want Taco Bell, I’d rather drive to plover for it. The food is subpar and the lady who works there with black hair, who I’m guessing is the manager, always makes me uncomfortable in there. She is pretty demeaning to the other employees and doesnt control her emotions well when it gets busy Customers inside usually are waiting a long time to be taken care of, so much that I’ve seen multiple people just walk out. The employees don’t seem to enjoy working there

Everything was stale and old, obviously under the heat lamp since they opened and tortillas from an open package the day before likely, as they only get stale like that if they’ve been open for more than a day. I used to work at taco bell so its not hard to tell these folks are not following food safety procedures, which is insane considering TB is normally super strict about when to toss food but the franchise owner clearly doesn’t care as they don’t get enough customers for it to even be worth it. Chips had been under the heat lamps for hours, same with the chalupas. Tostada was so stale it was chewy and hard to the point it hurt my teeth instead of crunchy. The food was disgusting. Definitely listen to everyone who has said this place is terrible. I’ve never been here and unfortunately gave it the benefit of doubt.

You’ll stand in the lobby for way too long while workers holler and fight with each other and run around like headless chickens. The woman taking my order turned her head to holler at another chick behind her in the middle of my order. Then she ran away and didn’t take my cash so there I stood aimlessly for another few minutes. Not a very inviting atmosphere whatsoever. The foods alright, typical for a kfc or taco bell. Just make sure your order is right. But this place either needs more staff, or better staff.

I got to the drive through at 11:50 am. Upon arrival i was told the chicken had a 30 minute wait, they had no steak for Taco Bell side, and that I would also have to wait for anything else because they were still trying to get ready. They open at 11?
I proceeded to order what I could and paid, was told to pull around to the front of the building and it would be about a 5 minute wait. At 12:02 I went inside to see what was going on. Their lobby had a family ordering food, with 2 more people sitting there waiting for drive through orders as well. And there was not a single person on the line making food, getting anything prepped etc. I asked how long it was going to take them to start making my order, and they said they would start it right now. (At about 12:05)
It is currently 12:45 and I’m still sitting here waiting for my food. This location should be shut down due to staff lacking work ethic, and hygiene. They shouldn’t have re opened without hiring a WHOLE NEW STAFF, or having staff from other building out of town to come cover. This location has been TERRIBLE for the past year and I just don’t understand how they’re still open considering.

We went through the drive thru, they kept messing up our order. Received our food and it was still wrong. When we went to eat our food, horrible! I normally love Taco Bell and we could not finish the food and threw the entire meal away! Lettuce was sour and hard shells tasted like straight up fryer oil! Disgusting! There were black chunks on my husbands burrito. Just unacceptable

The food was subpar, all items were just thrown in a bag. Food items got smashed. It was still edible just looked like a pile of mush. Two days after I visited, there were eight food and sanitation violations noted in the newspaper against this particular location Taco Bell / KFC.

I went through the drive thru and was not even treated just aggressively told to order whenever then asked after everything I said if I was done yet. Then to sit in line for an hour. Watched several employees taking breaks and getting an awful pungent smell. I then went inside to see absolutely no staff around doing anything. Everything was dirty. Nobody greeted me. When someone finally came to the counter she smelled and looked as if she did not take care of herself. I was completely utterly disappointed and disturbed with the fact that this establishment is allowed to even reopen. The staff is beyond disrespectful and higher than hell on something. Can’t even complete normal tasks. I stood up front for 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed anything. Then when I told them I was in the drive thru waiting for an hour they tried to argue with me and tell me I was not there. I told them to forget about it and left. Thank God I didn’t get any food especially after reading these reviews and meeting the staff.

We order pintos and cheese and tacos. To start the pintos were so runny it was like eating soup! My friends dorito tacos looked as if someone stomped on them! My tacos tasted old and I could taste cinnamon twists which I didn’t even order!! Everything was freezing cold as well!! Everytime I eat here, especially after re-opening, it gets worse and worse! The food is awful and hopefully someone doesn’t get ill eating at this place!!
