What can I say. It is taco bell. It is exactly what you think. Because this is a new built store it is still clean. It is well staffed but if you order inside plan to wait at least 10 min for your fast food. Today I waited 28 min. I did not complain. An employee saw us standing and waiting and gave us two gift cards for two free tacos. Food was at least hot.

We were in Centerville Iowa for a HS softball team game 5/31/22. After the game the kids decided they wanted Taco Bell/KFC. My daughter asked for two legs in a meal got two thighs, specifically asked for a large potato and gravy, didn’t receive the gravy, ordered the Mexican Pizza and it looks as it was thrown into the box and handed to me (picture below), hard shell tacos were all broken. We were traveling home and wanted to eat in the car – by the time we noticed all of this being incorrect we were on the road. Spent $45 for everything and it was a complete disappointment! Never again! One of my kids said it looked sketchy when we pulled in and I said let’s give it a chance- wrong decision.

Almost always mess up my order. They gave me the wrong order making me wait to have the correct order remade, then that order wasn’t right either. Happens way too often, wont be back again.

Always a great experience and good food. The crew they have in there now is fantastic. Always cheerful, smiling, happy environment and the store is always very cleanily. They make their customers want to come back! This is for kfc in Otown! Oops ha not Cville

Ordering for my kids isn’t easy because no one likes everything. I asked for a chicken soft taco with only cheese and a taco with cheese,rice, and potatoes. I feel like they were confident since they didn’t read back the order. After getting the meal, I always check to make sure and it was a chicken taco with sour cream, cheese, and tomatoes with a potato and cheese taco. So I pull back around and they see me and still say a greeting as if I’m new. I tell them the tacos weren’t made correctly and what was wrong. The lady said that supreme tacos are all they sell and snapped when I said there was no rice in the other. She said “bring it up here and let me see it!” So I’m going up to the window and she grabs the taco back and puts a ton of rice in it! I know that when you order from taco bell they have to remake the taco because they are not allowed to take the taco back. I also didn’t get a receipt or an apology. These older women need to be in another business fast food insecurity is not flattering. They didn’t need to be nasty about it as I explained it calmly and didn’t raise my voice or throw a fit like a child. Honestly wouldn’t come to this store because they seem as if they troll this place on the regular. I’d wait ✋️ for the next taco bell in the next town. Bad vibes and possibly bad hygiene as well. tacos were not the best tasting.

Went thru the drive thru which took over 30 minutes …normal from what I’ve been told…then no fork for my pizza , and the soft chicken taco Supreme I bit into a big clump of sour cream and a lil lettuce, cold, didn’t eat the 2nd one. The Mexican pizza was horrible. Thrown together beans amd meat cheese were all on 1 side when I opened it. Come on people take your time and dp it right , I don’t even wait at a restraunt that long . I hope you all have better days…
