I’m visiting in Red Oak, and was craving Taco Bell. I was hesitant, because my past experiences with the Red Oak Taco Bell were not so good, but I went anyway, and ordered a Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme. IT WAS EXCELLENT! The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the whole thing was DELICIOUS! I spoke with the manager, had a nice conversation with another staff member, and gave my compliments to the nice young man who completed my order. I wish I had gotten their names! Everyone there tonight really seems to care, and it shows! I’ll definitely be back while I’m in town! It’s good to see such improvement in the Red Oak store!

I honestly have never had such a bad experience at a fast food restaurant. We had to wait like 20 minutes to order our food and no costumers were even there. The workers were not very nice and didn’t even seem to care. It took about 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered. They took forever on mine and my friends orders, and got them all mixed up. When we asked how long the wait would be the workers acted in an unprofessional manner. Will never be going here again!

save your money and your TIME! always take forever to get your food and they’re out of half the items you want to order. out of large cups, out of baja blast, can’t put my chicken that comes on the kfc bowl, on the side in a different container bc for some reason, ive been getting it this way as long as the kfc bowl has been out and all of a sudden “we can’t do that but i can pick them off”. i don’t like soggy chicken, this is why i like them on the side. yall can do that but the lady i heard talking over the lady with the mic obviously didn’t want to do that. so, after the lady on the mic said “ok” to me telling them i had it prepared for me like that LAST WEEK at the SAME location, they still put the chicken in my kfc bowl. i just wish when you’re working in customer service and someone orders their food a certain way, you realize they are paying for this food, their food, the way they’d like to eat their food. for years this place has continued to go up and down..wish we could see this place thriving for once with good customer service and fresh food…get it together, it’s fast food. and yes. i worked fast food for years, it really is in fact, NOT THAT HARD!

this taco bell was terrible. there was no customers and i ended up waiting for my food for 30 minutes, not exaggerating. everytime i looked to the kitchen, the three workers were moving at a sloths pace, or they just weren’t doing anything. to top it off, our orders were messed up. very disappointed because i love taco bell will be skipping red oak taco bell next time.

YOU NEED TO STRAIN OUT THE JUICE IN YOUR BEEF. You can not get a hard taco without it going soggy way before you get home. The juice runs down your chin and drips out all over everything. How does taco bell not know this? Such low quality but it’s every taco bell. I cringe to think about even coming here because it feels like I am going to hate the meal again, and again I hate it. Quality of preparation would get you so much more business. Pay better, up the quality and you will make much much more.

So, I just want to take a minute to give a shout out to Treasure and the gentlemen that was working tonight because despite being out of a lot of products,they still were trying their best to accommodate the orders of the individuals in line, all while dealing with the very rude customers. Jobs in the service industry are already stressful enough, but to have a supply issue on top of it and then trying to navigate it must be a nightmare.

Order will not be right. Walk in with low expectations and they will still disappoint you. I try to make my order as simple as possible but they still aren’t capable of getting “no lettuce” and quesadilla was burnt to a crisp with nothing but cheese in the middle. At this point I want my money back. Third trip back because nobody is qualified to return my money. If you can’t provide the service, you don’t get my money. I am done with this place.

Doing so much better than even recent months ago… ive visited twice in the last 2 weeks id say after a huge hiatus.. did have to wait a minute for my order to be taken in drive but I got all I asked for for ONCE. I think the current crew is doing much better and is appreciated

Treasure was at the drive through window the last 2 times I have been there. She offered a few jokes while I waited for my order. She was friendly with not only myself but the staff behind her. Her service was prompt. I’d highly recommend her beautiful smile at the window every day!

Workers are always rude and act like you’re disturbing them. Got my food shoved into my hands. Asked for no beans and extra meat, which I PAID for and of course there are beans on it! KFC chicken is always over cooked as well and their fries are always disgusting from sitting around constantly. It’s always this location that has issues. Every other one I’ve been to has never had problems.
