Dine in. About 10 minutes for someone to come to counter. They were obviously understaffed. We ordered 3 “boxes”. We Weren’t given a number. The employees were just hollering out numbers and nobody knew what their number was. We eventually ended up with a tray presumed to be ours. Just one big pile of unlabeled food items. A couple were not the right thing but they were terribly understaffed so we just went with it.
A positive is that the employees were kind & courteous and appeared to be doing the best they could with what they had.

I have loved Taco Bell for decades. To a point where it’s borderline a bad habit lol.
However as more Taco Bells in the area have closed, I find myself at this one more.
The food has rapidly gone down hill. Service times are easily 7 to 10 minutes per customer (check your drive thru order to make sure you got the right one).
Waited 30 minutes in line for a “Double Stacked Taco” (Shown Below). Didn’t even half fill the taco.

My standards aren’t very high when it comes to fast food restaurants after all it is fast food but the fact that the lady at the window looked at my drink when she put the lid on and still handed it to me is crazy!! I didn’t notice until I was back at work and was going to take a drink and thank goddess I didn’t while I was driving.

We just finished a tour at Farrar and we really excited to get some Taco Bell afterwards. To our disappointment it had closed at least 40 minutes earlier then expected and we were left very unhappy without our Taco Bell.

If i could give -100 I would. We spent $27 on the new cantina menu. Everything was cold. The cheese in my quesadilla wasnt even melted. The fries were disgusting and cold. The crispy taco was wet. Super disappointing.

Mobile ordering at a fast food restaurant is so you can skip the line. This place hasn’t received the memo. The drive through was backed up the line inside was insane with only one person taking orders. I thought that’s why you mobile order. When I politely asked for help with my order I got snapped at by a employee. They knew they had people waiting for mobile orders didn’t announce them. Just horrible. then as always in fast food nowadays food was missing from our order when I got it home.
