Avoid this place at all costs. Rude and uninterested manager / staff leader bothered to run this place.
I ordered KFC through their app, only to arrive and find out they had nothing but Taco Bell. When I tried to get a refund for the order in their system, the so-called “manager” was unbelievably rude and refused to give me my money back. Instead, this person had the audacity to accuse me of trying to get free food. All I wanted was a refund for a service they clearly couldn’t provide, and instead, I was treated like I was in the wrong.
This place is nothing but a scam. They should not be allowed to run a business with this kind of treatment. I will never be coming back and highly recommend that you stay far away unless you want to be ripped off too.

I just went here again pulled into the drive through to get a taco and they said “sorry we are only taking online or to go orders” so I have to pull through the drive though place my order online then go back through to pick it up. Even though I could have simply ordered a taco through the drive through and got it right then. If you can fill online/to go orders why can’t you just simply take an order and fill it. Id love to hear from management why that makes any sense!? This place is always so screwed up it’s stupid.

This Taco Bell/KFC in Saline has been very disappointing for months. The lobby is frequently cash-only with no warning, and now they’ve closed the inside completely without putting up any notice. Customers waste time walking in just to be told it’s drive-through only. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional.
This is bad business. Either fix the problems, keep the restaurant clean, and communicate properly—or at the very least put up a clear sign on the door so customers don’t waste their time.

By far the worst taco bell / KFC I have ever been to… and I like the franchise over all but this location is poorly run and I have never had a worse experience anywhere. I was very rudely spoken too. I will never go back to this location.

I recently visited this Taco Bell location, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I walked in and waited for several minutes, but none of the staff acknowledged me. It seemed like all their attention was focused solely on the drive-thru, completely ignoring the customers inside. To make matters worse, there was no kiosk available to place an order, so I was left standing there without any service. After waiting for a while with two other customers behind me, I eventually left without placing an order. This is not the kind of service I expect, and I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

The staff claimed they were short-handed, but I saw them standing around talking one woman in particular was chatting the entire time. My order took almost an hour to complete and was still incorrect. This happened on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 5:20 PM, and the order wasn’t finished until around 6:00 PM. Maybe if they balanced work and chatting a bit better, things would run more smoothly.

Yesterday when I came into the lobby I stood and waited at the cash register for about ten minutes, with no interaction from the staff. When my order was taken, it was taken by someone who I didn’t think actually worked there. I witnessed him come into the building with an oily and dirty shirt as if he just came back from working on a car. Most importantly he did not wash his hands. His arms and face all visibly dirty. The customer service was average, but then after I ordered my food and stood to the side to wait, I watched the same cashier with dirt all over himself, take food with his bare hands and eat it behind the counter. I’ve never seen such a health code violation and I’ve never ever seen such a careless set of workers.
