This location clearly decides its own closing time, because despite arriving before the posted hours, I was told they were “already closed.”
The employee at the drive-thru was aggressively rude, dismissive, and handled food by essentially throwing it out the window. No greeting, no explanation, no professionalism—just attitude.
If working with the public is this much of a burden, customer service might not be the right fit. Until management addresses the behavior of their staff, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.
the girl was gotch and legit threw my food at my face. i will never be coming back. this is unacceptable and she needs to be fired.

Got a couple of free taco coupons from another Taco Bell, went to use them here only to be told “I know where you got those” insinuating they’re fake, and told me to kick rocks. Good joke but terrible service.

I ordered their 4 pc. Chicken dinner, regular with coleslaw and Mac n cheese. Service was very good but the oil dripping off my chicken was black. They need to change their deep fryer oil on schedule. This is not acceptable. Will not be going back.

Couldn’t order on line or get the National Burrito day special. Waiter 20 min and no one was making it. One young girl looking bored in back. Saw group of employees setting in front. Finally got my food and went to them to complain and tell them I was contacting Corporate to complain. Man standing on the right yelled across the room that they were in a meeting and shooed me away. Meat was cold, tacos were very soggy and burrito supreme was too small, no sauce in bag our on counter. I’m 68 and have been going to Taco Bell since I was a teenager in Texas. The worst food and service I’ve ever had! Taco Bell should be ashamed!

This is the absolute worst place to get food and in absolute no capacity do i recommend eating at this store. They absolutely never get an order correct, food is often extremely small portions in contrast to the actual food and how it’s constructed. The employees are horrible and often are just standing around talking. If they worked as much as they stand there and talk, maybe, just maybe, food would be correct for once. This is a joke of an establishment that tries to act like instead of giving a refund, you should have to suffer through their absolutely terrible service again or get the same thing made wrong a second time. Management, ownership, and employees at this place should be absolutely ashamed. I’ve spent my absolute last dime at this store and chain. Thanks west union taco bell/kfc, you single handedly have ruined two restaurants at once by being so terrible.
