I was just robbed iat my Taco Bell and KFC combine Rosemount Ohio store. They wouldn’t give me my change. At first they wanted me to round up and I said no. So when I got to the window I said I wanted my change when she didn’t give me my change. She said we’re out of pennies
and you just gave me $4 and it was $3.98. I said I still wanted my change and she said sorry we’re out. False advertisement on their prices if they keep your change. I know I’m being petty but what’s mine is mine.

Criminally slow. Just waited 35 minutes for food after being told to pull over and wait. This is a constant problem here. Employees just goof off inside instead of doing their jobs.

If KFC can’t make a profit on the cheapest part of a chicken there in trouble.
I was told by 2 different managers from 3 different locations that they order both but are never sent them so they removed them from the menu.

Slowest place ive ever seen……..they put people to the side of building like they are delivering food fast…..then wait 20 minutes for a single order…..they are way under staffed

Food was cooked well, prepared cleanly, and tasted good. The worker gave me enough hot sauce and napkins too. I also ordered KFC here a couple days later and everything was good, hot, and seasoned well. Good job

The food is perfectly fine it’s Taco Bell and KFC. I’ve came here on multiple occasions and not ONCE have I been able to just go through the drive-thru OR go in and order food, and it not be a 20-30min ordeal. On top of that you then have a 50/50 chance of the ordering being correct. They are SO BAD that I felt it necessary to make a review on Google about a fast food restaurant. That’s pathetic and a waste of everyone’s time, just like sitting here waiting 20 mins for a taco.

Every time I go there they always get my order wrong. It’s not hard to just put meat and cheese on everything I ordered. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and I know what it’s like. This is the 3 time they put sour cream on my order when I specifically state just meat and cheese.
