I didn’t appreciate hearing an employee speak poorly to one of my family members nor did I appreciate them posting slander about my dead dad and raging about my family in uniform on their tik tok. Honestly it’s embarrassing and Is this really the kind of behavior we want shown while representing our Taco Bell? And I have video proof. Will likely reach out to corporate office in reference to this situation.

There is actively a couple that works together a lot, and it seems they constantly let their romance impede on the progress of the drive-thru and sometimes the dine-in experience. Today, my experience was follows;
I pull up to a silent speaker. Fine, it takes a few seconds, right? Several minutes. I proceed to place a simple order of a couple tacos, and seemingly distracted, im met with “you said a (taco)?” No.. I ordered several items. I get the order placed successfully second try. Fair enough. I pull up after a couple minutes wait in line, and met by the couple in one-another’s arms for a good while. About a minute, really?? They disappear. For roughly 2 minutes? I know it’s Saturday, short staff isn’t fun to manage a busy restaurant, but that was utterly unnecessary. For the sake of your customers, let’s get the high-school romance drama taken care of.

Bought a KFC chicken sandwich (in Jackson) and bit into a huge bone. HOW does this happen? Had to wait in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes behind ONE car to receive a refund. I was offered another sandwich, that I politely declined. Smh

Ok, I’ve been patient and attempting to give Taco Bell & KFC opportunities to prove me wrong, but they’ve both failed and my patience has ran out. The only thing I can say is both establishments are consistent: consistent and delivering subpar service and food. More than not, our food and drink orders have been wrong or not the quality that each of the franchise expects to be delivered. Trust me, I’ve eaten food from both restaurants and multiple locations across the US and the Jackson location is at the bottom of them all. Have a little pride in what you do, the food you deliver, and the customer service you’re providing. As the old saying goes, “give it your best, no matter what it is!”
Do better guys, please do better. Jackson and it’s residents deserve better!!
