By far the WORST service, worst staff members, and nastiest place my family and I have ever been too. They really don’t deserve 1 star even.
My family and I went in for something quick and they acted like it was a big deal to even serve us and was laying across the counters on there phones. They had NOTHING to drink so my husband asked if they had sweet tea they could make and they didn’t want to make it so we ended up having to get a Baja blast but after making only 1 of them they ran out of that too.. we will not be back here. Matter of fact they should just close the doors and it wouldn’t hurt anybody in Macon.

We arrived at 8:30 pm on a Friday pulling a camper and went inside to order our food to-go. We were not greeted but we’re informed from someone in the kitchen that the lobby was closed. I said we have a camper, can we just order it to go? We were told no and that we would have to go thru the drive thru. I said we have a camper and was told again we would have to go through the drive thru. We walked back out the unlocked lobby doors and went to Mc Donald’s. All signs said they were open until 11.

I got 6 spicy potato soft tacos… Literally only 4 things to make and they forgot one main ingredient in it… The sauce that makes it spicy and tasteful wasn’t on there. As well as the 30 min wait after ordering our food… Seeing all of the workers there either just standing around doing absolutely nothing or hiding out in the bathroom. We even had someone walk in and ask does anyone even work here? Did you guys order yet because I can clearly see the kitchen wide and open and nobody’s doing anything… Attempted to get whom I believe was the manager at the time her attention and she just went back into the office… He left after some words out loud saying it was absurd.. then the females all came out from wherever they were hiding and started talking back saying things that should not be said at all nor around paying customers already waiting for their paid food and seeing them not work and would rather just make us wait

Awful service. Cashier was rude and ugly to us when we were trying to order. Our food was wrong. Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito but instead of steak it had roast beef in it. Our chicken quesadilla had no sauce in it. Would not recommend stopping here. Stop at the McDonald’s across the street

This place has the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen somewhere, the lights don’t work, the toilet paper has stuff on it. And stuff is ALL over the floor! This is ridiculous! Adding on for the food they are out of chicken, staff isn’t wearing hair nets and are eating with there gloves on and food came out wrong

Looks like mold to me right where the sauces were… I know fast food ain’t fine dining but Jesus was this location is the worst I been to. Staff all just hanging out with only one person doing actual work at a time. Touching phones then making food with no gloves. I’m not a clean freak whatsoever but this place was just nasty.

The moment we walked in, I was taken aback by how filthy this place was. The staff were screaming, cursing and did not greet customers at all. When they took curbside orders out, they would literally hand the bag to the customer and walk away with a word. The food wasn’t bad, but i did examine every bite prior to eating because the place was so gross. By far the strangest experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. I’m not sure how a place with this low of standards continues to operate.

I was given a completely different item than what I ordered. When I took it back to the order desk I was told they didn’t have what I ordered! So they just picked out something and gave it to inorder to keep my money?!?! They were not happy about the refund I asked for and were not nice. Horrible service. Rude people.

Went through the drive thru on a Sunday about 11:30. Female worker taking orders and payment was so rude. Didn’t get sauce we asked for and missing a taco that went with our combo. Don’t bother stopping.

Took 18 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. I watched them drop our food on the floor and still put it in the bag. It was in the wrapper, so we still excepted it, mostly because we were sick of waiting. The only bright spot was the person who took our order was very nice and did keep us informed, with the exception of the dropped food. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but you should know what to expect.
