Used drive thru. Had to be asked to pull up. All we ordered was two boxes. A $5 box And a $9 box. Waited 30 mins and then when the girl finally came out to give us our food she was carrying about 4 bags. She was cussing and asked what we had and threw us our bag. Very rude. Very unprofessional. She needs to be fired or maybe management also needs to be dealt with if service is so slow and that crazy. Will never go back there

Ordered through the drive-thru and ordered a Baja Blast, a Cantina Chicken Taco and a Chicken Enchilada Burrito. I guess they didn’t hear the burrito because got to the window and knew it wasn’t enough $$ charged so I asked if she had gotten the taco and burrito and she said no, just the taco. She asked us to pull forward to wait just a minute. I had no problem with this. We waited about 5 mins for someone to come out and with a bag of food and ask what we ordered. I told her the cantina chicken taco and she handed us the bag and we drive off. I open it up and see that it’s a burrito. Took a bite and it wasn’t even chicken, it was a flamin hot beef burrito. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

Very rude service from lady handing food out at window yesterday. Was a completely silent experience. She did not engage with customer. Was not friendly or helpful in any way. Getting to be a regular thing in the south to encounter people in this industry with a huge sense of entitlement and chip on their shoulder especially when it comes to dealing with a white customer. It Is most definitely costing you business in this case and another negative review as well. Hire better. Seek people who have some level of competency and at least some degree of people skill.

I have bought the cantinas chicken bowl. before but the one we got on Saturday, October 18, 2025 @ 7:30 pm was awful. There was too much rice, black beans were cold and in a clump because they had not been rinsed, and there was verse salsa on the bowl. The A crew was not on board .

Ordered a Cantina Bowl when I open my bag it was actually in they’re Mexican pizza box I opened it and it was all smashed up truly unbelievable this might be fitting to give to the chickens! So I take it in and explain to the lady at the counter had her look at it and she says oh my that is bad. So they make me another one they were out of the bowls instead of telling me that so I could have got something else they found bowls for something else maybe on the KFC side IDK put my stuff in two separate smaller containers and I got half of my food because the containers of course we’re small so she put the chicken and rice and beans in one and the vegetables in another and all of my toppings sour cream sauce Etc and other small containers which was considerate I guess but not for a $9 Bowl ended up with $3 worth of food very disappointing. I’ve been to the store several times and I swear each time I go it just gets worse unfortunately.

Went inside to dine in, ordered my meal however had to wait for the cashier to come back to get my cup. Food came out in a decent amount of time, but it was not prepared correctly. Seems like the staff is lost behind counter and in the kitchen.

Literally so bad. We almost left without or food because we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 quesadillas and 3 soft tacos. The quesadillas are so skimpy you can’t taste anything but tortilla. Workers are RUDE! The lady that brought out our food didn’t even say a word.
