Order was completely wrong, took 45 minutes to order and get the food, and the employee at the window was super rude. Asked for fire sauce a couple of times and was ignored. The drank sat for a while and was watered down when I finally got it. Ordered the number 13 and didn’t receive the complete order and had some food in there I didn’t order. People were driving out of the line while we waited and some even got out of their cars and went to the McDonalds. They were back in their car before the line moved. It’s was petty bad.

Food was cold and wrong. The guy in the driver through was very kind, but they were handing him bags that had the wrong food in it. They also need to update their speaker box or headset because that poor guy was struggling to hear orders. The burrito my husband got was ice cold in the middle and not even correct, the quesadillas we ordered, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the chicken was gross.

Ordered my food, the young lady gave me my drinks and asked me to pull down. This was like 8:03pm. Mind you that nobody was inside or out. So at 818pm I’m like they’ve forgotten about me. So I walk in and the same young lady at the window looked at me and asked me what I needed? I was like my food. The entire staff was all huddled up doing nothing. The one young man jumped to and fixed my food. The manager is now on the register and I’m like can I get some chicken for my troubles. She never smiled she never engaged conversation just got the chicken and gave it too me. Customer Service protocol at this place is horrible. I see why they keep low scores it’s easy to pay attention if you can multitask.

Tonight on 4/19/2025 at 8:30 PM I want into the store. The black lady looked at me and looked at her watch a long time then looked at me again. So I asker her what the hell is that supposed to mean? I proceeded to chew her out and tell her about customer service. If a paying customer is an issue to you stay home the food at this location is hardly ever prepared as ordered anyway. Please find out who that was and relieve her of her job it seems to be a burden to her.

Gwt in the drive theu line, put it in park, walk to McDonald’s, order you food, sit down and eat your meal, then go back to your vehicle and the drive thru will still be in the same spot.
