This is one of the worse fast food restaurants I’ve been two. They don’t have tacos because the person who makes them is on break. Or they are serving taco bell because they don’t gave anybody to wotk it. Drove past the other day 5:30 all lights off and closed. Can not get an order right or in a timely manner. Always asked to pull around to the front.

Stood in line for almost 10 minutes while the guy at the drive through widow kept saying ill be there in a minute. We were the only ones there to order so it was kind of ridiculous. I’m not sure if they’re short handed or what, but the food here for some reason has never been worth waiting for. I’ve been to KFC / Taco Bell before in other places and the food was good. I’m not real sure what’s going on at this one, but maybe they’ll look into the care and quality of their food. Probably won’t be back here again, I think they may have fell off, which is sad……

I do not know how this store is still in business. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced plus they’re always out of something and now they just close whenever they want to. I am a door to Asher and it’s not cool if they want to close the store down early when I have orders placed for me to pick up. The employees are so rude the whole place is just completely nasty and I hate even having a walk in there. Something needs to be done I’ve looked at all of the reviews on here and everybody’s complaining about the same thing I don’t understand why this is not being fixed. Y’all need to fire everybody in there and get a manager that can hire people that want to freaking work and do their job it is absolutely ridiculous.

Nuggets were hard and spicy. Also they didn’t offer unsweetened tea. They tried to talk a diabetic into drinking sugar tea. Smh. Yes it was mentioned before they offered.

Waited at the front counter 10 minutes before anybody ever came up. Guy at the window kept looking over at me but didn’t attempt to get anyone. Inside the store is a wreck. Glass on the separator between the front counter and dining room are torn out. Sauce at the condiment counter is always out. If this wasn’t the only KFC or Taco Bell around here they’d never have any business.

This place gave me what I call burnt chicken. I returned the chicken and told them it was burnt. They explained it was not burnt, but the oil has not been changed for a while. MY $40 BUCKET OF CHICKEN WAS BLACK.

Made me say one star so I can comment. Every single time I have been through the Taco Bell section is not open. They did not answer the speaker with 45 min prior to closing. When I asked if the speaker was working the one who answered the window (when I honked and startled him) he reached over and placed the headset on that was sitting on the counter. This place has the absolute worst customer service and it has been this way for 2 years that I have seen personally. This location needs a serious overhaul and change from the top to the bottom.
So tried it again and was told that Taco Bell is not open today until the Taco Bell person gets there. It was 4:45pm I asked when are they getting there? They said suppose to be there 4pm. So again no Taco Bell and this is on a separate day from the first complaint.

I just ordered takeout and I ordered just plain just cheese and meat tacos and whoever gave me my food. Got mad at me when I checked my food and there were sour cream on the tacos.
Two years later, I came back to this Taco Bell to see if it was any better. It’s understaffed Why are they just burnt bits of old food. I’m sure they are getting nonstop. Orders management needs to give them help! I ate one of the pieces just to make sure it wasn’t me overreacting. It tasted like charcoal. I will never order a quesadilla from here again.
The soft salad tacos were great though,
