I would like to give a massive shout out to the people who worked on Thursday, March the fifth in the evening. I walked in there and they were dead. As soon as I ordered, they got slammed. Crushed the rush as a team, even when they messed up my drink it was handled FAR better than most grown adults would have. Yall better treat that crew very well because what I witnessed is truly a rarity in today’s society of me me me. Will be returning.

On a recent visit, we experienced an issue with an order. I followed up with manager, Irma, and she went above and beyond to ensure that the next visit was superb. For the one-off in service, they made sure to keep customer.

Before you jump to conclusions and think I don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to the app, keep your damn mouth shut! I have known for almost 5 years now that for some stupid reason I can’t order stuff on the Taco Bell app here, but can order stuff on the KFC app. Just because I’m on my phone, doesn’t mean I’m gonna try to order on the Taco Bell app. When I showed the cashier that I was on the KFC app, he automatically changed his tone and tried to take back what he said. It is easier for me to decide what I want from the app, then either order on the app (but I couldn’t order on the app because I wasn’t the one paying), or I say what I want. So bottom line, before you jump to conclusions and think I’m gonna try to order on the Taco Bell app when I know for a fact this is the ONLY location (that I know of) that doesn’t do online ordering, KEEP YOUR DAMN MOUTH SHUT!!! And the photo is how I know that the Taco Bell app doesn’t work for this location for some stupid reason, yet KFC app does

Everything was awesome except long wait times!! Everytime I go there there is people waiting on food n complaining and then I end up waiting and getting angry too and its a really long wait time!! Like 40 mins!! But after they already have ur money and if u ask for refund you still have wait so either way they got you!! I had to wait 24 mins on 1 side order of macncheese and paid almost $6!!!

After being closed for 2 months I ordered a fill up box. The fries didn’t even fill one of the 2 fries packages that were in my make shift box, the nuggets ( all 12 of them) would not even had made a single line in a proper box let alone this make shift THING. No reason to be unprepared after 2 months when you reopen you should have all supplies, you had plenty of time to train and retrain all employees

Went through drive through for something quick to eat for three people. Had to repeat my order several times. When I get to the window I asked 3 times if I could get a couple bell dipping sauces. Was told to wait a minute. I paid for my food. Asked again about the dipping sauce. Then I was asked if I had paid for my food already? Told them yes. Then was told I’d have to pay for the sauces which is fine so I paid for 4 sauces. Was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out. I pulled up and waited almost 10 minutes before order was brought out. Pulled to the parking lot to eat. The sauces I paid for were not in the bag, so my wife went in and asked for them again and told them we already paid for four of them. The chicken liver i ordered was dried out and crunchy like it had been setting under a heat light all day, my daughter’s cheese quesadilla had beef on it and my wifes chalupas was burnt and hard. Needless to say almost everything we ordered got thrown away. Was very disappointed. Have ate here many times before and the food is usually good. Not sure if we will be going to this KFC/Taco Bell anymore.

My husband stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone that works there to take. I had to call the store to get an employee to come take his order. 15 minutes later we are still waiting on 3 Dorito locko tacos and 2 burritos really. Worst place ever. You got employees in there walking looking like they are lost. On there phones. That is a bad business. I was a manager for fast food. If I was a manger in that store I’ll tell you what my employees would know what to do and if not bye
