Was greeted upon entrance. The restaurant was clean and bright. The cashier was awesome and very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and his recommendation was awesome. Very good taste and plentiful. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Parking lot was bright and clean with plentiful spaces.

It’s Taco Bell so you know what to expect with the food but the service and everything else about this place is bad. The drive through takes way too long and inside is even worse. The employees don’t even acknowledge you at the counter and have an attitude when you try to get their attention. They consistently get orders wrong and treat customers like it’s our fault. I have gone here at of convenience since it’s the closest one to my house but will go out of my way to the next closest location in the future. I’d would tell anyone else to do the same. If you enjoy have your time wasted and being treated like you are the asshole for wanting the correct food then this is the place for you.

I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY TACO BELL CAN’T FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIONS. ALL I WANT IS A DORITO LOCOS TACO WITH NO CHEESE. NO CHEESE. AND YET, THEY STILL PUT A MOUNTAIN OF CHEESE HIGHER THAN MOUNT EVEREST. WHY CAN’T TACO BELL EMPLOYEES JUST NOT ADD ANY CHEESE. I DON’T EVEN THINK THE EMPLOYESS AT TACO BELL READ THE WHOLE ENTIRE RECIPE. I DON’T THINK THEY CAN EVEN READ AT ALL. Looking at reviews going back to 2016, it looks like this Taco Bell is cursed. Worst Taco Bell in central Florida
That restaurant is run like a trap house and needs a huge overhaul. I’ve never encountered such incompetence and lack of professionalism even in a fast food atmosphere. Having a line of cars, who have all already paid, wrapped around the building waiting for 30 minutes is unacceptable. Corporate needs to pay you a visit and clean house (Literally and figuratively). How embarrassing, you can’t even do a bare minimum job well? Fix your attitude or go work in a sewer away from people.

They got my order wrong in the drive through. I went in to get it fixed. Spent 13 minutes waiting on the three soft tacos and order of taco frirs they shorted me. Taco fries were still cold in center.

We come here often, and the food is always fresh and served with a smile! The young lady at the drive-thru window is always so fast and gets every order right — I don’t know her name, but she’s a young African American woman, and I just want to say God bless her ❤️❤️ This place is definitely my go-to spot!

the food would have been fine if this wasn’t the second time they’ve gotten it wrong. repeated it back to me twice with my adjustments jusy to give me what i specified not to be on my item. they even argued once they were shown they were wrong and said “we can go back and forth” and brought out the wrong thing even tho we got it the other day

The original chicken was way to greasy. Old chicken. Biscuit was very hard. Only thing that was decent was the mashed potatoes with gravy. Won’t ever go back. Horrible
