I visited the KFC location located at 4302 N Armenia. I stopped in on my way home from work. I ordered the 12 piece family meal.
When I arrived home and started serving my family, I realized the biscuits were missing.
I called the store and told “Jayla or Jela”(not sure of the correct spelling) that I was missing the biscuits and asked her what amount I was supposed to get, she started speaking to another co worker and told him that I did not get the biscuits. She then said that I could come back and get them. I told her that I was already home and was there any other option. Her response was ‘ Didn’t you come and pick up the order, then you can come back and get the biscuits!
Needless to say, I did not appreciate her attitude and I asked her what her name was and ended the conversation. There is construction right in front of the restaurant and after working all day, I did not want to get back in the car and sit in traffic. After biting into a piece of crispy chicken that I ordered ( which turned out to be original or maybe because it was not fully cooked) I noticed that it was not fully cooked. I had to put all of the chicken into the deep fryer to get the pinkish color out. The whole experience was awful and I regret spending my money on the dinner.

I paid over 1.20 for this amount of sour cream. I should’ve taken a picture of the quesdilla they tried giving me. It was black, literally burnt. And then they gave me attitude over wanting more sour cream and my quesdilla being edible. The photo is the second one they gave me.

For 0.64 cents, I get one squirt of sourcream, in the photo is 2 squirts, only because I asked for more. My first quesdilla was burnt so bad it was black, as I asked for my order to be remade I received attitude. Will not be coming back highly disappointed. Was not told sorry either. How rude.

Order the Mexican pizza it was horrible I’ve been ordering them there for years they’re always good one night I got one they were OLD tortillas we all know what old food tastes like the cheese was not 100% melted the staff they had on that Thursday night was terrible I go back the next day to the manager and he insults me by saying that couldn’t have happened

They treat people like you owe them money, close the entrance to the restaurant 30 minutes earlier than the stated time, and then they can’t give you your order through the window because you didn’t bring the car. Insanity is rampant in this place, where they will show you the middle finger and discriminate against you based on your nationality and the fact that you work as a courier. I haven’t seen a worse manager, it seems to me that she has a mental disorder, my main job is in a hospital, I understand a little what I’m talking about. I recommend avoiding such sharashkin offices.

After a bad experience at a Taco Bell ,I was given coupons for free tacos.To my surprise this store identifies itself as a KFC and refuses to honor a Taco Bell coupon. Why carry Taco Bell name.Just another example of how big corps try to cut corners to save a buck.Judging from the one star reviews , it appears to be a theme at this store.
