This is my honest opinion of the Taco Bell located in Eastman Georgia on 6-20-2025, your opinion and view may differ from mine.
They were not that busy during my visit. My order was taken fairly guickly. My order was delivered as I ordered it, with no mistakes. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
The inside seating area was clean, and the lady manager was very polite and friendly. The restroom was presentable, and the parking lot was clean.
This Taco Bell is usually up to par and definitely will satisfy your cravings.

My daughter really wanted to try the confetti cookie drink. On Saturday night, we went through the drive thru and ordered a #2 and asked if they had the confetti cookie drink and was told yes so I ordered it to go with the meal. Get to the window and we’re told the machine is defrosting. So we chose another drink. We go back by there Sunday afternoon and go thru the drive thru and once again ordered the confetti cookie drink. Get to the window and was told that drink was out. Shouldn’t be advertised if not available.

They messed my order up, didn’t put beef on my tacos, and then once I came all the way back to get it re made they lied about what we said, and then continue to slap together the most sorry food I’ve ever seen. Not to mention it was already cold.

At the drive thru I ordered 1 soft taco, nachos & cheese, pintos & cheese, and an order of Supreme nacho fries… From the time I placed my order at 4:15pm till I got my food was just over 15 minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me… I have nothing positive from today’s visit. The soft taco is so loaded with grease I can’t eat it. The order of “Supreme” nacho fries had 13 fries in it, 4 tiny bits of tomato, and about a nickel size bit of sour cream… The order of nachos & cheese – well, there was literally NINE chips in the package… I’m NOT happy at all… They didn’t even heat the pintos & cheese enough to melt the cheese…

Yummy, as always (most always, anyway) – but, as per usual, service was STUPID SLOOOOWWWW. Three customers inside, four cars in the drive through, and my simple, five piece order takes 20+ minutes to make it into my hand. And how?! But, the food is always great, and the staff are always super friendly, so these two qualities offer a bit of a redeeming factor. Otherwise, I’d never go there again! Overall conclusion: my only complaint is the drag-assing that contributes to the absurdly slow service this location provides on a consistent basis!
