Their customer service is horrible! I ordered my food at 9:50pm for pickup and didn’t get my food until 10:40, once I got home I realized my food was burned on both sides! I made my way back and got there at 11pm in which they proceeded to tell me the store was closed, mind you the store closes at 12am.

My husband and I have avoided this Taco Bell/KFC location for years because of the terrible service. We enjoy many other Taco Bell locations around town and on vacation. This is the worst! Tonight we were in the area and decided to give them another chance after years of staying away. We had trouble with our order, they didn’t give us any napkins, and the food was lukewarm right after receiving it. It was a rainy day, and there weren’t any other customers. Why was the food already cold? I was afraid it hadn’t been cooked enough or had been sitting out. Because we didn’t want to get sick, we ended up throwing it in the trash. Hopefully Taco Bell will send someone to trim the workers in this store.

Ordered the new street taco box for $9. TERRIBLE!!!! We ordered the steak, got chicken with no crema sauce or cilantro. The 2 tacos were just meat and cheese no lettuce. I had to pull up so they had plenty of time to fix it the correct way. There was a reason we hadn’t ate there in forever, but it was on the way home. We will never eat there again.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to, the line in drive-thru was long so I went inside to place a carryout order just to be told that they do not take carryout orders, I asked why can’t I place my order inside the employee told me because there is nobody on front counter. I too work in the restaurant industry and I know I can place my order inside no one was attentive and care to take my order. So I left and went to the Taco Bell in Fayetteville and place my carryout order there

Quickly but had to wait almost 20 mins for the food. When it came out the fries were freezing cold. I can say K the light skin guy that cooks has great customer service. He made new fries and gave us a bigger size for the inconvenience. He is super nice and respectful. Give him a raise. But I swear I hate coming here because of the wait.

every problem possible this taco bell will give you. they need to fire just about everyone who works there cause its consistently terrible service every. single. time.
literally checked google not busy at all and for years its been this bad. waited an hour for 2 lux boxes and some other stuff so long the delivery driver quit on us. he was waiting for over 30 minutes outside the taco bell.

Has anyone ever tried Del Taco? It’s the total opposite of taco bell! I’m raving about Del Taco because I recently tried them for the first time and wow oh WOW! The taco shells are actually cooked, there’s twice as much meat/toppings and funny how their $1 menu taco resembles a “regular” taco bell taco. The only thing that I dislike is the sauce. There just isn’t enough zing to it. I’ve said all this to say, that the ONLY reason that I’d ever again stop at this particular taco bell location is to get taco sauce to for Del Taco. **Please take heed!** Don’t go to this location and waste your time OR your money.

Well here we are 2yrs later. I moved out of the area and ended up moving back. I was headed home today and decided to stop an try out the new “Birria” like tacos with shredded beef. Unfortunately, nothing about this location has changed accept the time of day. I ordered the box and an additional 2. This is what I received. What happened to the shredded beef? Honestly, you as a franchise are giving the Taco Bell name a really bad look. What’s worse is that in 2 YEARS there have been absolutely no improvements. Just more hardworking people losing their money to restaurants we’re supposed to trust. Truly unfortunate. My previous review stands. **PLEASE TAKE HEED** Don’t waste your time OR money at this location. Mr. or Ms. owner?.. you owe me a refund. Seriously.

This Tacobell is a bad experience every time we go. We had not gone in a couple of years but decided to try it again. The food was luke warm and they charge us almost $5.00 for two small cups of water. When we asked if we could get a refund for the water because it is normally free at all the other Tacobell’s I go to, they said they wont give a refund. Very disappointed in the service.

Worst place ever, sat in line for 20 minutes . Did not get my food. Other people was also leaving out of the line, I came back later, like 5 minutes later. The girl at the window told me it was going to be a wait , I told asked Why didn’t you tell the customers that the first time we sat here for about 20 minutes? Then it was our choice to leave or go, but she did not say that the first time I sat in the line for 20 minutes. I was pulled up and forgot about. When I went back to the window the manager( light skin, young, with a wig on, no hat or hair net) gave me a freezer and made a remake saying I hope this cools you down. I had received my food 22 minutes after ordering and been pulled up. Had to go inside to get my order. Went inside and was asked what I have! I stopped coming because this had happened to me before. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. I asked to see where was this policy stated? She said on my receipt but when I received the receipt, it wasn’t on the receipt
