This had to be the worst experience ever. I stopped coming here because my orders were always missing things or had wrong items or had something wrong, and it wasn’t worth the hassle. But my elderly mom really wanted KFC, and it was already 6 pm, so we went to KFC. How does a KFC have no white meat chicken ready AT ALL? AT SUPPER TIME? I was astounded, but the girl assured me it could be ready in 20 minutes if I wanted to wait…I agreed. The cashier asked me no less then 6 times which sides I wanted (4 came with my meal). She had to call over another worker and I had to again repeat my order. Anyways, my receipt recorded the time as 6:19 pm. We waited patiently, and I was at the front counter the entire time. But at 6:49, when I asked the girl where my chicken was since it had now been 30 minutes, she went to ask. I got no answer from her, so I stopped the other girl who was really short with me as she proceeds to tell me that the fryer had broken, and the guy was working on it and she huffed off. I had to then ask a 3rd employee what was going on and how much longer would it be as I had already waited almost 40 minutes by now. I was then told it would be another 14 minutes. I was furious that NOONE had the courtesy to tell me this sooner and I immediately demanded my money back. The manager, with my receipt in his hand, then gave me the wrong amount back as I paid extra for all white meat. So he just hands me $2 more, and neglects to give me the change. He obviously had no math sense and because I was close to violence by then, I just left. I recommend go to another fast food restaurant other than this one. It was horrible. Left, went to Hardee’s, got my food in less than 2 minutes and staff was great!

The service is the only positive thing I’ve ever had here. No matter what I order at the drive thru big or small I will have to pull up and wait. Every single time. Also if you ever get any sauces they will not get them, you will have to go inside to get them. Also every single time.

I went in to get lunch. I actually placed a mobile order for the wrong location. Upon entering the dining room there 2 children running around barefoot. There were grapes smashed all over the floor, grape stems on the floor and a coat. Of the tables had an empty grape bag, and stems all over it and shoes under the table. I took a picture of the floor and 2 employees came over at different times questioning if I had taken pictures of the children. Which I did not. I was taking pictures of the filthy floor. When I realized I had placed an order for a different location, I went to the counter to order bc I was hungry. One of the employees kept telling to go to the place that already had my food ready. When I repeatedly told them I was fine I just wanted to order, they finally took my order. When I got my nachos, there was probably about ⅓ of the order In the box. I knew it was bc they mad about that I commented on the floor. I took it back to the counter and waited like 15 minutes for them to remake it. It was ridiculous. During my meal the 2 children continued to run around barefoot and screaming. I was afraid they were going to slip on the grapes and get hurt. Take my advice and go elsewhere. When they suggested that I leave and go to the other location, I should’ve left.

All I ordered was two SOFT supreme tacos. The shells were harder than a rock. Who ever made it could not only feel but see how hard and old the shell was. How can you serve people food like that? Disgusting.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband went there for Doritos tacos. Said they only had cool ranch, which was fine. Made him pull up even though he was the only one in line. Then once he got the food it wasn’t even a Doritos taco. And one didn’t even have meat. And the tea he got had all this nasty black crap on the bottom. Save your money and your stomachs because these people can’t even put together a taco.

I came to get two deluxe boxes when we received them they were both missing the chips and cheese. I went back inside and told the guy that brought them out to me that they were missing. He looked at me like I was lying and in a rude manner asked if I dug to the bottom of the back. I stated that we had and they were not in there. He then went back and was talking about it with another male employee. Came back up front and pushed a bag to me not even looking at me just walked off. Inside the bag was one chip and cheese, which I was still missing one. I was too mad to even deal with it anymore and just left. With employees like him is why people don’t go back.

Came here for 3 crunchy tacos and the entire crew and cook was mad I didn’t want to upgrade to a combo or supreme tacos. As a result they gave me crushed tacos and refused to remake them. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Plenty of real food within a mile radius. This was the entire crew that was unreasonably upset and unprofessional. Friday June 14th at 12:20 pm. See pictures below !!!! This is ridiculous please get an entire new crew immediately. the ratings speak for itself!

Went there on the way from Greenville and worst ever experience in a tacobell and kfc combo they can’t do anything right , they didn’t have sandwiches and got chicken bowl and it was just stuff thrown together worst food ever and it was so little for 22 dollars ordered 3 and got only 2 would not recommend at all

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.. First off, as I walked in the door, the Manager, Kayla, was yelling at the top of her lungs at a fellow employee, because the customer in front of me was missing food from his order and he actually came from the drive thru. Second, there was NO ONE on line so I placed my order. 4 taco Supreme and1 beef burrito Supreme. It took 16 minutes for me to get my food and I asked the guy at the counter which also took my order if 16 minutes was acceptable?? At this time, the manager had lef the drive thru window for several minutes and she was in the restroom yelling at a toddler who looked around 4 or 5 years old.
Well, I took my order and unwrapped each item. All 5 items felt as if they were just removed from the refrigerator. They weren’t even slightly warm. Out of disgust, I threw $16.84 in the trash. I also took photos of each Ice Cold item.
