I just love having a long workday, planning for an ice storm and have enough time to catch some food. But instead find myself eating a burrito with what I’m assuming is either old rice or overcooked, was hard as hell. To add on to this a “new” beefy cheesy potato burrito had soggy lettuce” doesn’t even come with lettuce “ so we don’t know how to prepare items and can’t serve them fresh. Mind you 0 cars in the place only customer. Let’s continue ordered the new ranchero chicken stacker had what I’m assuming again was day or few day old hard inedible chicken. And to end this visit missing my chicken quesadilla but after this I was done and wasn’t even worried about the missing food. Safe to say I’ll never consider this restaurant again I hope the owner closes it down.

The KFC in Belton, SC has always been one of our fav restaurants. The staff is very helpful, & will even suggest a cheaper way to go with your order, but still get all that you wanted to order. And, of course, finger- licken good!

There really is no care at all put into it. Grease dripping out into the bag. Food dumped out into the bag. My hard shell tacos are smothered in grease and soggy as hell. It looks disgusting. It tastes disgusting. The absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell

Biscuits were burnt Mac and cheese was crusty old and dry. Waited 8 minutes to be served from the from counter. Managers walked by without greetings or care for anything besides drive thru speed. Food was forgotten with no apology made. Definitely not up to par with KFC standards of treating every customer like a friend in your home. No hospitality at all smh

Ordered chicken tenders had to wait almost 15 minutes they said they was cooking fresh. Got our food and the chicken tenders were hard and cold. Never fails it’s always like that at the one in Belton. Will not ever go back.

Waited 30 min for this. 2 people behind me were served first. The person in front of me was still waiting when I left.my crunchwrap was basically lettuce and tortilla. If you want taco bell, drive to Simpsonville. Same amount of time spent for better food.

The chicken in my burrito wasn’t fresh. It had turned to jerking. The chicken is dark in color cause it has been sitting out under a warmer. The tortilla was hard. The tacos were pitiful. Hardly any ingredients in them. The only thing good is the nachos, but how can you mess that up. A girl with glasses, long dark hair wearing a USC sweater and one faceless guy in the back. Lazy, young and probably high. I knew I should have gone to Anderson for better food. Stop hiring young incompetent individuals. I’ve learned my lesson. Never eat anything in Belton.

I do like TB but I don’t think I’ll visit this location again. The staff was friendly but service was super slow. Slower than molasses on a Winter morning. The place was not clean. The restroom Literally had human feces on the floor and tons of in there.

If I could give 0 ⭐I would. This particular location needs to just close down! Over 30 mins standing at counter waiting on food. COLD after all that time to get it and part of order missing! Seriously??? Second time this location has given out BROKEN Tacos , barely wrapped food incorrect orders and just tossed in the bag! Absolutely GARBAGE! Beyond slow and extremely poor help.
