The food was okay but nothing as good as some that we have had at other locations. The Taco Bell staff in Abbeville was very rude and the woman at the window shoved the bag at me without saying a word, just glared at me. If you don’t like your job, then get another one.

If I could give this a negative score on service it would be! The chick at the drive thru window was absolutely HORRIBLE! From the speaker to the window! It takes a special person to work with the public and she wasn’t it! We will not be going back to this location! There was a lady walking into her shift and she looked miserable as well. I get it you have to have a job or two to be able to live in this economy! But at least smile and greet your customers (whom are basically paying you!) with kindness! It isn’t that hard to be nice and have a decent attitude. The place needs to be shut down or everyone in the establishment FIRED! Don’t go here!!

I recently visited the establishment and initially went through the Drive Thru, but due to technical issues, I was kindly asked to come inside. Unfazed, I proceeded indoors to place my order, assisted by a gentleman who handled the transaction. When he inquired about my preference between a soft or crunchy taco, I specified crunchy and requested mild sauce. Given my close proximity, I eagerly collected my order once it was ready and headed home. Upon reaching my destination, I sensed something amiss as I retrieved the bag—it lacked the expected aroma and warmth. Upon closer inspection, I realized the order was incorrect: a soft taco without sauce, and the food had cooled. Notably, the absence of other customers upon my arrival led me to anticipate a wait, understanding that items might need to be freshly prepared due to low business volume. As I indulged in the crunch wrap, I was disappointed to find the ingredients overly soggy. Furthermore, the taco’s assembly was visibly subpar, with meat confined to one side, indicative of a lack of proper arrangement. (I moved it with a fork). This experience left me profoundly dissatisfied, especially considering that this meal was meant to satiate me. Having invested a substantial amount, I regretfully conclude that the establishment fell short in terms of service, consideration, and quality. Consequently, I have made the decision not to patronize this establishment again.

I usually don’t post reviews, but this place deserves it. We were on a trip from NC to GA on 6/1/25, looking for a late lunch spot. We stopped and went inside. The restaurant smelled so badly of vomit or rotted food that our kids gagged and wouldn’t agree to eat inside. There was a baby diaper/pull-up (used or unused, not sure) on the food delivery counter. We thought about it for a minute and left. Thank goodness the Burger King down the road smelled like a restaurant inside, not a puke pile, and we could eat there instead and move on.

At this location, they don’t have any communication skills. They didn’t put the shredded cheese on the nacho supremes, I had to go back in bc they didn’t give me my other 12 piece nuggets. It just seemed like a very lost environment

I’ve seen bad fast food, this one takes the cake. This is not a knock on Taco Bell or KFC….just this Abbeville, SC location. You would think after they were shut down due to health and safety concerns they would improve….they didn’t and probably won’t. I will be heading to Greenwood if I want Taco Bell or KFC in the future.

Ordered the party pack and got some tacos that had chicken, and the rest had some type of beef that was not taco meat and was horrible. So, I got gyb out my money and food I did not want. The people were not friendly and act as if they did not want to be there. I felt like they did not care about their job.

Listen, I know historically fast food has had it’s issues but sometimes your inner raccoon wants trash. Well, we came up here at about 8:15pm on a Monday. Signs don’t say they close until 10pm. Drive thru lights were all off, so we went to the door- nope locked. We went back to the car and as we’re sitting to decide what to do next we see the employees sitting on counters pointing at us and just enjoying themselves. I too take displeasure in my job occasionally but this is absolutely ridiculous. On the occasion you do go here and they are “open” the food is actually ok and most of the time the workers are great. But night shift is absolute garbage. If you hate a job that much to lock up 2 hours early then just leave. Or is the manager also that terrible they’re letting this happen. Again it’s fast food, I always have the lowest expectations for it but this really outdid all poor expectations.
