This location sucks. Management I professional and horrible. Food horrible never correct with what you order. They have let this place go. Standing here for over 30 minutes with no help while gossip Gail in the office is running her mouth on the phone. This is insane the lady needs to be fired. Poor environment skip going if you can.

This is hands down the best taco bell ive ever been to!!! YALL, it was soooo good, the food was better than i’ve ever had!! I’ll be completely honest bc I can agree with some of the comments that the customer service was a bit underwhelming, but I DO NOT CARE IN THE LEAST bc i will endure much worse service for this good of taco bell food!! Its hard to find bc many taco bells do not produce great good like this! My husband is sick of me talking about it but i won’t stop! 10/10

I used to eat at Taco Bell because it was cheap but not anymore. TB goes up on its prices the most often of any of the chains – 10 cents on every item about every 2 weeks. Today’s $3 taco should not have cost 79 cents for what was in it – pitiful. This specific location seems to be kept clean and attractive during the week. The weekend is somewhat of a different story. I appreciate that I am able to get unsweetened brewed tea in the dining room. I don’t find that common at many of the restaurants, even though it should be.

The girl who took and served my order earned this five stars! She was super kind. Her voice was clear and audible on the speaker. She took her time and repeated my order back to me and was friendly when I got to the window. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!

Slowest kfc I have ever been to. Took my husband 45 minutes to get three tacos and a 12 piece Nugget. Lady preparing food kept moving her hair out of her eyes with her glove. Place is dirty….just bad.

West Jefferson location is rude! We just got cussed out from someone in the drive thru for coming thru at 11 p. Afyer fire works on the 4th .Drive thru says close at 12 but the lady kept over talking the poor dude trying to be nice working there. She was yelling through and then over him and everything. Some ppl shouldn’t work with people without customer service skills. The dude in there deserves a raise tho for putting up with all that shewy!

Got to be attentive to who else is getting their orders, cause you may be forgotten. Had to wait 20 minutes for a craving box. Come to find out that they completed the order and then just threw it in the corner of the kitchen- not even the pickup window. While the cashier was wonderful, the young lady who passed me my order (if you could call her throwing the bag onto the corner and walking away) was less than enjoyable. Also love having to go home and reheat my stale tacos.
