Manager was so nice tonight. We got there a few minutes before the lobby closed, he let us order and eat in the restaurant. He even refilled my sons sweet tea. He was beyond kind.

Not so bad as far as ordering. Up front employee was very good and took care of those who were in the KFC/Taco Bell. I ordered Taco Bell. Cheese Quesadilla (may always order). And the crunch wrap supreme. The cheese on the quesadilla was not melted and the outside of the quesadilla was just lighted browned….but when I turned the package upside down to have it slide down to my hand, there was a tablespoon of black charred bread that slid out first. Meaning…they are not cleaning off the warming tray. I returned it. I got back a quesadilla that tasted like burnt bread and no sauce. The crunch wrap supreme had enough nacho cheese goop on it that it was uneatable. I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that had different tastes than the normal I expect. I’m sitting in the Taco Bell right now and I can only smell burnt bread. Oh yes, the bathrooms were disgusting. There is no trash can in the men’s bathroom. The drink machine in the main area is broken. They do not have straws. It’s a place that definitely has 0 oversight.

The man literally reached into my vehicle and swung the bag of food in there because he couldn’t wait 2 seconds for us to put our money away like a decent individual. I have never in my life seen someone be so disrespectful, not to mention how unsafe that is. This establishment is the worst in several counties in service and friendliness. I’ve already contacted corporate about this matter I wish I could leave no stars. You cannot even contact the gm there because the phone just rings and rings. 6/25 around 7pm if you want friendly service and people who respect boundaries don’t go here I am appalled. Oh not to mention how they treat the food just see my Mexican pizza pictures below.

I stopped to get a bite to eat on my way home after work (2:30’ish). I ordered a Cantina chicken taco and nacho fries. The fries were okay. However, the chicken on the taco looked like it had been there ALL DAY. It was hard, almost crunchy Needless to say, I wasn’t happy

We ordered through the drive-thru. We were missing items and I didn’t get my copy of the receipt even after asking. So I parked and went inside. IT WAS DISGUSTING, not Clean at all. Employees on gloves using their phones. After asking 3 people I finally got my receipt which showed I had been over charged by a lot. I ordered 2 KFC kids nugget meals, a Taco Bell regular taco #2, a TB #11, a Cheesy roll up, and a side of chips and cheese. My total was 43.78 because I was charged for an extra drink I didn’t receive and 2 sides of mac and cheese (which were the sides on my kids meals)!
My cantina tacos were not made correctly and the cheese on the outside was NOT melted to make the cantina taco. (Pics included). The nacho cheese sauce was NOT hot, it was barely warm. And the Cheesy roll up was not melted like it’s supposed to be. So my daughter said it was gross and didn’t eat it.
We will NOT be back to this location unless it’s to get a refund.

I pulled into the drive-through at 10:24 AM this morning. The Google listing and the sign at the restaurant said they open at 10 AM. The only words spoken in greeting over the intercom were a bored “We’re not open yet.” I asked what time they would be open, thinking maybe the hours had changed and they just had not updated their information. “Whenever our computers start working” was the cold response snapped at me. Taco Bell… get your act together and start hiring decent employees. I didn’t need to get my head bit off by a disgruntled college student this morning.

If I could rate a 0 I would. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN! The employees are so rude and my food wasn’t even cooked. When I got to the window, she said “go ahead”. That already pissed me off. My quesadilla wasn’t cooked nor cut and I wouldn’t even call my “taco” a taco. It’s embarrassing to act like that as an adult. The manager and every employee there should be fired. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Looking at the other reviews, I am disgusted. She’s lucky she decided to not pick me to throw the food at because I throw back. 🙂

I don’t know why I keep having faith that this location (or really any in the Shelby/Boiling Springs area) will get any better. It’s gone so downhill in the last two years. In fact, they haven’t had a five-star review in two years, if you check. The fast food options here are scarce, but I just can’t justify coming here anymore.
They are always out of items, or the grill is broken. The workers at the window are SO RUDE. If you ask for anything extra, like sauce or even a straw for my drink, they roll their eyes at you and act like you are such a bother. I always have to pull forward and wait at minimum 10 minutes for my order to be completely wrong and so sloppily made that you can’t actually eat it without a utensil.
It’s not even an issue of once in a while they are terrible. It’s all the time now, lunch or dinner, every day. Go down the street and give the other local businesses your money; they are cheaper, faster, and friendlier.

Wait in line for over 20 min for them to give you this! Plus their grille was down so had to settle for a four piece chicken tender combo and you get 3 little nuggets and hard biscuit.
