I was handed my order at the drive through with everything in it. I was getting ready to leave when the cashier asks if anything is missing. I told him no since I could clearly see everything was there. He didn’t believe me, SNATCHED THE BAG BACK, and when I got it back, I noticed that one of the extra sauces THAT I HAD PAID FOR had been removed! Do not go to this location. They will literally TAKE your food away from you!

This location does pretty good. Staff aren’t too friendly, but my orders have been accurate and the food tasty. Dining area was messy on each of my visits. My expectations aren’t high for fast food, but this location definitely has room for improvement.

Placed my pick up order at 1:39. Got there at 2 o’clock Food had not been made yet. Then she brought the food out and dropped half of it on the floor then had to remake that finally left at 2:07 SMH Brand new store same crappy service.

Awful experience. Everything I come here, expecting a different outcome. I get overcharged because they put down the wrong item, and then fight me on it because I “apparently” ordered the item given to me. Don’t eat here. Go to bojangles or something. The manager needs to fire every employee, and close down, cause this place stinks. Attitudes, bad service, food is not to par. Terrible establishment. Gonna just forget this place exists

I visited this location today ( 6/25/25) and was honestly shocked by the conditions. First of all, there was no air conditioning inside — it was extremely hot and uncomfortable for both customers and staff. It felt like walking into an oven, and I can’t imagine how the workers are expected to function in that kind of heat, especially around hot kitchen equipment.
These workers were doing their best under awful conditions and didn’t seem to be getting the support or respect they deserve.
Fast food or not, people deserve to work in safe, decent conditions. I won’t be coming back until they take care of their team and fix the air situation.

Went there today and stood for at least 5 minutes and no cashier came up . 2 people looked at us and never said a word. Last week lobby was nasty and food wasn’t that great either. I will not go there again.

Will there ever be a time where this business is not embarrassingly slow and unreliable? I just want taco bell quickly, but this location turns that into a 30-40 minute excursion. Clearly the workers that get hired here are not happy enough to take pride in their jobs, I’m just trying to figure out what the useless franchisee is doing about that. It should not take this long to get my *fast* food.

EDIT: My GOD this place is atrocious. Thursday Nov 29th approximately 1 pm, these are my nacho chips. Can someone please tell me what is wrong with this image? Perhaps that there is only ONE edible chip that is not burnt? The place was packed with managers today as well. Their food is ALWAYS like this. Seriously y’all, I’m not sure what went so wrong with this location and it’s employees
This particular Taco Bell location is horrible. If we are craving some TB for a meal I always cringe thinking about having to order from here (we live in this area). Our orders are ALWAYS WRONG! I mean not just some of the time, but every. single. time. When I say cheese quesadilla, I do not mean chicken quesadilla. But man those fiery Dorito tacos though, they are f****** bae
