Stopped while driving on 81. It was 9:30pm and the doors were locked and they were mopping the floor (closing is supposedly 10pm). The drive-through was open. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos – both were served as shown in picture.
WHO TRAINS THESE PEOPLE? IS THERE A MANAGER?
If this is how the food is prepared & served, I hate to think what the kitchen looks like.

Left the tomatoes and sour cream off of my taco supreme and gave me what looks like the tail end of their nacho fries. Terrible quality and always asked to pull forward. Won’t be visiting again anytime soon. Very disappointed

Ordered late. Chicken breast was dried out from setting in the warmer all day along with the other pcs except two legs, they were hot and fresh and delicious. We can rarely afford KFC nowadays.

Mediocre food and absolutely horrible customer service, I ordered from both taco bell and KFC, when i got home i realized they shorted me my chicken and had to drive back, they didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or upgrade my order from 8 piece to 12 for the inconvenience and argued with me for even suggesting it. Won’t be coming back, extremely disappointed.

I have been sitting in line for 8 nuggets since 6:37 and is now 6:52 and was just now pulled up I mean one order of nuggets and last two weeks they have messed my order up i order a cheese quesadilla and 3 times give me a chicken quesadilla and have to drive all the way back to Marion to wait another 20 mins so I don’t even bother and when I order the blonde woman on the drive thru asks every time I say a item anything else anything else anything else like when I’m done ordering I’ll let you know it’s rude and unprofessional

Wow let me tell you this for this place to have been remodeled it’s a joke I spent 60 dollars on a meal 16 piece family with four sides then I had to pay 6 dollars for two drinks the ppl that was boxing everything thought it was to go and it wasn’t I me and my wife sit down and the mashed potatoes looked like they dipped them out with a spoon I had more gravy than mash potatoes got two large fries that was hard as a rock like they was sitting out for two days trash cans was running over and dirt was all over the floor I hope a manager will read this because this is pathetic the nastiest new place I have ever been to KFC/TACO BELL GET UR ACT TOGETHER STOP GIVING CUSTOMERS CRAPY OLD FOOD JUST BECAUSE THE ORDER WAS TO GO I LOOK AT MY FOOD

Ordered supreme, nothing came with sour cream. Ordered 4 hardshell tacos with ONLY CHICKEN AND LETTUCE, and they completely duped me on that. Barely any chicken or any lettuce. I suggest going to another taco bell, or just not coming at all. As someone who’s lived in this town their whole life, I can tell you pretty much any restaurant around here has sucky food except maybe the mexican. You’re better off saving your damn money.

The toco bella food I got today was horrible, I waited for me food so happily, only for it to be smaller than my hand, and my grandma was a meal from there and didn’t give her mash potatoes, and it costed $26, it’s not worth it.
