Food is decent. Service sucks! Typically wait for an uncalled for amount of time, to be addressed once coming inside. Employees can see you standing there and walk right by without acknowledgement. Unprofessional. Seems a bit unorganized.

I just went to Taco Bell in Pulaski VA 06/07/2018 at 6:50pm and called and asked for a Manager at 7pm. I told him that I am unhappy with this cold and old chicken.. it was seriously COLD. and the breaded skin had gotten soggy and yellow and cold… THE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME because I told him that I would write this review, I also told him that I enjoy eating there and I would like to come back and then he ranted that “If I wanted to come back, then why write the review”. He then hung up on me.. I was seriously being nice about everything until he completely acted a fool… Please.. MAKE BETTER CHICKEN. I spent $20 on this, secondly FIX YOUR STAFF… I will never come back again to your restaurant. I have called and complained 2 times and the SAME MAN picks up and runs his mouth… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…..

The restaurant tables was dirty there wasn’t any lids for drinks and was told it would take 20min on a chicken breast we got there at 06:53pm and we got the chicken breast at 07:30pm when I was walking out the door and we asked to get a piece of chicken for the wait and they said they could ring another piece up instead of giving us one for waiting so long and the quesadilla sauce tasted like KFC barbecue sauce worst restaurant I’ve ever been to everyone that was with me got to eat there food before we got the chicken breast so my wife didn’t get to eat with us as a family because of the chicken breast

Went thru the drive thru for food. Quality of the food was solid! The service at the window was equally as solid. The last was very courteous and kind! We will definitely go back, and works recommend the Taco Bell/KFC as well.

This Taco Bell employees are really careless about taking orders. i cannot eat any meat. Being a Hindu, It’s a religious thing for us. I had ordered a taco with beans instead of beef.. I had asked them to 4-5 times if they had added meat in my taco. They carelessly said yes but when I ate it I realised it was not beans. It was my last experience with any Taco bell here.
