I want to like this location because it is so close to my house but the order is wrong or tastes bad literally half the time when we go here.
Also you cannot use the tacobell app here, which is disappointing.
Last time I got the kfc famous bowl, the chicken taste like cooking oil instead of chicken.
2 days ago we went and I specifically ordered 2 separate things. When we got home we realized both were wrong items and things me/my son will not eat. It ended up in the trash. A waste of $12.
I guess Ill drive the little bit further to go to the other taco bells.
The people working have been friendly enough but lack of food quality and accuracy is too high. Especially since I never have issues at any of the other taco bells I go to.

That spicy chicken sandwich was legit one of the best I’ve had. The chicken was so juicy and perfectly cooked which is rare for fast food. I very rarely do fast food but I needed something quick and on the go. Now I’m mad because I’m going to need more of these in my life. Thanks a lot, KFC!

Not sure how you can have cold food as soon as you open, nor how you can have a 20-minute wait on food when you’re just opening. It’s lunchtime on a Saturday…how are you not ready? And I wanted Tacos, but your 5aco person hadn’t come in yet? I thought everyone was cross-trained. AND I asked for large combos and got mediums. Not your best day TB/KFC…not your best day.

The service here was very slow, but the biggest disappointment was the food. My expectations are never high for fast food for the obvious reasons, but these are just shameful tacos.

Do not eat at this Taco Bell. Took over half an hour to get our food after ordering. Two deluxe cravings boxes full of burnt food. Crispinadas weren’t even edible. Charred and hard as rocks. Wish we would’ve dined in so we could get replacement meals but did not know until after driving home. I’d give negative stars if I could. Beyond disappointing

The food was cold even though we had to pull up and wait an extra 5 minutes. They got the drinks wrong. They forgot a taco that went with my husband’s combo. I’ve never had a correct order from this establishment. Whenever I’ve ordered chicken, it’s always dried out. Ive officially given up on this place! I’d rather drive all the way across town to mercury near Armistead to get chicken or make it myself instead of wasting my money here.
