The restaurant was very clean, both inside and in the parking lot. The line to order food was slow moving and they were out of several of the options on the menu. The menu itself is really hard to read, at least the Taco Bell half, because it is covered by equipment. Our order was prepared correctly the first time. Overall the food and the staff are great, but the store layout and organization could use some help.

My wife found a chunk of hair in her taco. She spit it back out onto the taco. You can see it in the pictures. Absolutely disgusting.

Would not recommend this location at all. I dont think that the owner or manager will take this review seriously. They will probably make a meaningless comment gesturing towards making things right but won’t actually take any action.

The lady taking orders at the window was also rude and impatient.

This place just needs to shut down. There is no saving it.

Stops people at the door and refuses disabled veterans with diabetes. I’ve never seen anything like this place. I can’t even type this experience out it’s just so horrible. I’ve never witnessed something like this in my entire life. This place is next level. I cannot express what I witnessed today. If you have a diabetic episode please for your health sake anyone who reads this, please ride pass this place. God bless.

An hour before closing I was told that that had no food to fulfill orders and were breaking down the store for the night. My daughter wanted nachos but was forced to settle for “chips & queso”. A bit disappointed, especially after the drive I took with the intent of appeasing my young one after her recital

This place is alot to be desired i bought a 8 pc meal asked for extra gravy the bill 39.00 an the chicken pcs were so small 8 pcs only filled 1/2 the bucket charged 4.00 for xtra gravy the potatoes were cold the chicken was dry ! 2 miles down the road is popeyes chicken its worth the wait in line

The drive-thru was broken so I had to go inside to place my order. The food was hot and fresh. The cashier didn’t bother t9 greet, smile, or even ask what’s my order. So I just started placing my order, afterwards she asked was that all for me. The cook handed me my bag with a smile, which made the experience better.

Just left here. Order is wrong even after correcting the woman. Ordered 2 cheesy street chalupa combos. Got beef chapula boxes instead. Long wait. And to top it off! A hair intertwined in a chalupa! Will not be returning. !!!!!

Final edit, raised my review to two stars only because the person who finally gave me my food at 7:40 p.m. after I called from the line and said I was the same person who called a half an hour ago and was told to get in line and was still several cars away from the speaker, was very humble and apologetic.

They explained that they had just the two of them in there and the doordash orders were overwhelming the orders at the store, and they even upgraded my son’s drink because they were out of pink lemonade so they comped him a strawberry freeze from the Taco Bell side of the house which will make him very happy.

I offered that they should find a new system for when online orders are placed, other than having them get in the Drive-Thru line, because that was not going to work. I should not have had to wait an hour after ordering online, no matter how remorseful the employee was and how kind they were in the end, I’m still getting back to my house at bedtime with food that should have already been there 35 minutes ago

Placed my order online drove from my house all the way to the store all the doors are locked you can’t go in, call into the store to inquire about how I’m supposed to get my order without waiting in the line that is wrapped around the building and I’m told I have to get in line and wait like everybody else even though I already ordered and paid for my food. They said that the chicken just came up and that the order hasn’t been made yet, so what is the point in ordering online, this is nonsense I’m going to be here all night and they already have my money so I can’t drive away.

Edited to update. I placed my order online at 6:43 and got my confirmation email, I drove to the store, and at 7 called asking how am I supposed to get the food and was told to get in line like everybody else. It is now almost 30 minutes later and there are still three cars between me and the speaker where you place your order. According to the status online, my food is ready for pickup and has been for several minutes, but at this rate I won’t even get to the window to have it handed to me for another half an hour. I am livid, I placed an order at 6:43 because my child’s bedtime is at 8 p.m. and I am still sitting in this line almost a full hour later
