I used to drive 40m to Mechanicsville to grab Taco Bell there, which was hot, fresh and fast. But with new GM running the boat this location isn’t just now edible, but it’s actually pretty solid. Hard to beat a dedicated menu, and definitely has some work to do, but I’m happy I now have a solid Taco Bell within reasonable driving distance. I’ve gone in several times and expecting to bite stale rice or crusty beans, but everything has been pretty dang good.
If you’ve had a similar experience, give it another try. Front of house cleanliness still needs love, and wait times still vary, but it’s getting there.

Store is messy, every table is filthy. Stood at counter while every employee was outside and came back in and did not wash there hands. Food was soggy. Employees said they were out of almost everything. Drink island is covered in soda and there are no tops for drinks. Very poor service and very dirty atmosphere. Store has definitely gone down hill.

This is absolutely the worst fast food place I’ve EVER been to!
I checked my order while still at the drive thru window…I was missing two items. We get home and the extra cheese that I ordered and paid for on the crunch wrap supreme had NO cheese, the Nacho Fries had zero seasoning, I asked for no sour cream on one meal and…yep…sour cream. The entire order was disgusting. From cold to soggy…just nasty.
I called to tell them about all of this and they offered to replace my food. No sir. You can replace that charge on my card though and that wasn’t an option. So, basically they stole $52 from me.
If youre considering this particular Taco Bell…abort mission!!!

I was here 12/30/24 in the evening. The manager chewed out an employee in a way that the whole restaurant could hear, about napkins. I and another customer waited 20 minutes for our food, then mine was wrong (I didn’t complain because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes) the other customer was still waiting when I ate and then left. The manager walked by several times and didn’t help the customers or employees that were trying to do all the jobs (the cashier made my quesadilla, which is also why I didn’t complain that it was a little wrong, not her job). After walking by a few times the manager walked out to have a break in the parking lot and smoked right by the door, yuck, and spoke loudly and aggressively on the phone. Taco Bell/KFC can find better management, the cashier from tonight would do a great job.

What is this? First you gave me a something I didn’t order I go back in to get the right thing what the heck is this? It’s cold and not even browned on the outside. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever dealt with, every time I order a cheese quesadilla it’s awful and has fire sauce on it when every other Taco Bell in the country puts hot sauce on their cheese quesadilla. Today was especially horrible so I’m posting pictures of the dry cheese quesadilla that has no cheese on it, it does have a ton of fire sauce. If you want nacho cheese, make sure you order extras and they only fill the cups 1/3 of the way. I would suggest you avoid this Taco Bell if it all possible. I would like management to contact me to refund this order.

I used to eat here a few months ago but eventually stopped for good reasons. This mainly to do between the environment and the food. 1. I remember seeing that some woman who had messed up teeth and red hair, most likely a manager. She got angry at the drive thru employee and chewed him out (The drive thru employee was an African American young man) for simply asking for help which led to 3 other employees going outside??? Get rid of that woman if this is happening! That’s what’s causing the slow service! Constantly yelling at other team members does not make service any better! 2. The chicken has decreased in quality. The white meat seeming to be somewhat dry or undercooked. 3. It also seems that another manager, yells really loud at the other employees over the most little things ever. It’s so childish! The customers, even me can hear him from where we were sitting! And cussing around the elderly? Seriously? What’s wrong with this place. It’s no longer the same.

This is the most nastiest KFC/Taco Bell. I have ever eaten at half the time they don’t get your food in the bag they don’t or you order something they wanna give you one scoop of mashed potato talk that’s all you get and you pay like five dollars for a damn one scoop Ordered Mexican pizzas. They were so stale ordered bean burritos. They were disgusting. They were stealing and hard. I do not recommend this place at all actually they should shut it down.

Just skip this one. Super slow service, stale soft taco shells, angry manager complaint about being targeted and just dirty. Trash cans are overfull, tables are not cleaned off, and missing straws, cup tops, etc. Not worth pulling off the road for.
