I visit this location now and then, and it’s always average, but today was really disappointing. The last time I went they didn’t have the new cheese curds I wanted to try. Today they did, so I placed my small order. The person working drive thru couldn’t repeat back my order correctly. I got home and found two orders of cheese curds (I had ordered only 1 but apparently charged for two), and they were dumped upside down in the bag, along with some chips. It wasn’t a busy time, no long line, no reason to rush. I can’t understand just throwing food in the bag and hoping for the best.

This is not a quesarito… for the second time. Twice I went and trusted what was in the bag, twice I was let down. I’m not mad, just disappointed.

Really disappointing experience. The workers already had a bad attitude when I complained about being given the smallest piece of chicken imaginable, they threw a whole scene right in front of me instead of handling it professionally. What made it even worse was them complaining about having to replace it — like they were the ones paying for it out of their own pocket. The attitude, portion size, and overall lack of professionalism were completely unacceptable. For what KFC charges, this location is not worth it. Won’t be coming back. Visited 3 Feb around 3pm

Payed for extra cheese on my roll up and beans and cheese and it’s cold and not even melted . Sucks when you don’t eat meat and already limited on choices and they can’t even make a basic cheese roll up or beans correctly by making it warm. My boyfriend said his food was cold too

Please get the young lady at the window to slow down when repeating and finalizing an order. We were being rushed when our order was not correct. Because she was rushing through it. We had to get out of line and wait in front of the small parking lot for missing food. It’s reflects very poor customer service.

Didn’t even order these tacos. Whole order was messed up. No cheese on the cheesy potatoes. this can’t be normal. Pretty much the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Never again. Do better.

This Taco Bell is busted. I ordered two bowls and they didn’t have the decency to fill them up to the proper amount. They practically took some lettuce and a couple beans, threw them in the bowls and charged me 20 bucks. Do better T-Bell!

This is literally my 5th time coming here…..I’m Latina myself and I’ve noticed they treat the Latinos that look like them better than any other customer. Just because I look black they decided to throw my taco in my bag and not accommodate my order. I’m done with this place.

STAY AWAY! Spend the extra few minutes to go to the Van Dorn street taco bell if you must – you will be made to wait for the wrong order every single time without fail. Every possible thing that this location could be doing wrong, they are doing wrong.

ETA: There’s a sign on the counter that says “We no longer issue refunds”. That’s mighty bold.
Is this a new policy caused by customers demanding a refund after receiving the wrong order, or the order was otherwise wrong (missing items, food over or under cooked)? Is this corporate wide, or just local franchises? This would be more of a warning to not eat here.

ETA: Not sure how this place is still open if the service today is any indication. Orders have been consistently wrong during the unnecessarily extended time we had to wait here. Delivery drivers were waiting for orders just to be started.
After waiting for 40 minutes, we find out that the staff lost our order. How do they lose an order? When they finally made it, in around five minutes, they asked another customer to bring it to us instead of calling out our number.
And half of it was wrong, so back it went.

Is it corporate policy to argue with customers that they “ordered wrong”? Yes, we heard that multiple times.

Competence does not seem to be a job requirement here. I and several customers before and after me had to repeat our orders multiple times before the cashier could repeat it correctly. And still most of the orders were wrong. Each time the cashier would run to the manager, who would read the order to the customer from the receipt, and the customer would repeat what they originally asked for.
Some customers asked for extra ingredients only to find that ingredient was left off entirely. Others asked for certain ingredients to be left off of an item, and found that ingredient remained while another was removed.

The best thing that can be done for this location is to shut it down, fire and blacklist every employee, and start over with experienced management from another location and new, trained employees.

Original review:

Not a place I would think of to go for “dinner and a show”, but kind of hard to ignore when one employee is actively flirting with another (a manager?), and potential sexual harassment with another employee, while behind the front counter as customers are in the dining area. All while other employees were busy doing their jobs.
If you’re doing something and have to look around often to see if any customers noticed or are watching, you’re wrong.

This location does not have breakfast menu items.
