If I could give 0 stars I would! This has been absolutely the WORST taco bell i jave ever had. My husband decided to stop for me around 11pm, bc i am pregnant and hungry. He places the order and comes home with food that looked like it was pulled out of the freaking dumpster!!! If I were to eat this i would certainly be sick. We couldn’t get in touch with the store bc surprise they’re closed at 1130pm. Now I have a bag of inedible food and a very upset stomach. My husband who works 14 hour days now has to figure something else out. And not that it matters here but of all the days in the world it had to be on one of the worst days of our lives in our family. So thank you belle hill kfc/taco bell for exceeding expectations and proving YOU CAN out do even your 1 star reviews. Idk if your district manager just doesn’t give a shit but this place needs to just be CLOSED for good!!

Please owners you need to deep clean and ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing and oil change procedures are being followed. Our family of five stopped here on our way back home to have lunch on 8/21/25 after being on the road for a few hours, if we hadn’t been starving and exhausted we would have left. The place has a very odd smell as soon as you enter. There was food that someone had spilled and it looked like it had been there for days right in front of the entrance door. The glass on the doors are full of greasy hand prints, the rug at the entrance is filthy and you can see black dirt all around the perimeter on the tile. The tables and window frames are disgustingly dirty. The soda machine only God knows when was the last time those nozzles/dispensers were clean/sanitized, there is visible mold and gunk on each and every single one of them. The surfaces surrounding the machine are just as dirty and the floors are super greasy and sticky, like you can feel/hear your shoes sticking to the floor as you walk. The chicken, oh the chicken, the oil is so old that the chicken looked burnt and the oil dripping from the chicken was dark. The bathrooms were very dirty. Mold growing on the wall tile grout, black rim inside toilet bowl, handprints all over the stainless steel stall doors, the sink has stuck on black gunk and the list just continues on and on.
If this is how it is where customers eat and see, who tells me that the inside is not the same? Who can guarantee that proper food handling procedures are being followed? Who tells me any sanitation is happening at all?
Please avoid eating at this establishment if you can.
The employees were courteous and quick. But that is the only good thing.

1st cashier was rude but not friendly at all!!! I got the 8 piece family meal.
As my chicken started cooing off, it was not. It tasted like a month full of lard. Very thick grease.
I got it to go. When I got home it was still warm. I put a chicken breast on a paper plate & as it started cooling off
& getting greasy,I also noticed that my paper plate was a black spot where my chicken was sitting.
I couldn’t finish eating it.
$30.+ in the trash.
I’ve never seen or tasted anything
Like that chicken in my whole life…
I have no clue what was wrong with it?
I don’t even want to know what was wrong with it because I ate most of that piece of chicken!
Makes me sick just thinking about it.
I wish I would have taken a picture of it & taken it all back & got my money back…
I still had together something else for dinner… I honestly don’t know how they stay in business.

The worst fast food ive ever had. Not just the worst taco bell, the worst food!
My Baja blast tasted off, was willing to forgive it, then I waited forever to be handed burnt chips and a grilled cheese burrito I couldn’t even finish. I am not kidding I want my money back.

Our family has never ever been this disappointed in a Taco Bell before. and trust me we’ve been disappointed plenty. but this must be the one to go down in history.
First we ordered 9 items
3 Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes
3 Chalupa Supremes no meat;beef subbed with Refried Beans
3 veg Mexican pizzas
pretty simple right?
NOPE. not for them.
the first time they screwed up, they put black beans in the chalupas. no big deal we sent them back because it must’ve been a communication error. the second time we got them they were actually pretty decent.
cheesy fiesta potatoes. they were decent as well but considering they had no kiosk which held the utensils and sauces, we had no sporks. when we asked several times, they rudely ignored us, and they were cold by the time we got them. I don’t know how they expected us to eat those with our hands.
Now finally the Mexican pizzas. My brother ordered 3. the first time he received them, the employee almost shoved them all in a bag roughly, not caring if they got smushed or not. when my brother opened the box, the sight was simply laughable. it was as if they made the pizzas with their eyes closed. the tomatoes were stowed away in a corner and the cheese and sauce were thrown messily about (look at picture tagged). he went to the counter with the pizzas and said, “I didn’t pay 15 bucks for them to look like this.” they took em back and redid them. when they came again, they looked okay from the top but when he took a closer look and a sniff, he realized they had BEANS AND BEEF IN THEM (umm, excuse you, WE’RE VEGETARIAN ). when he inquired about this to Lanaya (who really needs to take out their AirPod so they can MAYBE HEAR THE ORDERS BETTER AND NOT MESS EM UP), saying that he was Vegetarian and it was odd how there was beans and beef in the pizza base. they took em back, and i overheard someone from the back say that they didn’t know which one it was. WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT KNOW?! JUST LOOK AT THE SCREEN YOU GOOF. and finally, third time must’ve been the charm, cause they were perfect this time. by the time he got them, we were all done our dinner, and we had to get back on the road, so cheers to not spending family time at a sit down fast food dinner.
LISTEN HERE, TACO BELL, you need some new staff and management at this location. and if you do hire new people, make sure they actually know how to serve food, before you release em to the real world.

The store was dirty, The staff was very friendly but I couldn’t tell if they were just under staffed or under trained. The food was tasty but there was something wrong with almost everything we ordered, missing sides, incorrect number of pieces of chicken.

Placed an order to go as i was traveling. When i finally stopped to eat there wasnt any napkins or utensils in the bag. Used lid of coleslaw to eat my sides. Sadly i have experienced this ssme level of service at other kfcs. I will not be stopping at kfcs anymore

Kylie Davis does not need to be working with customers. She failed to provide the price then got an attitude once I was displeased and wanted to edit my order. Retraining for her and the supervisor on shift is necessary as they have ZERO conflict resolution skills. Do better! And train your employees better!

This location shows up on the Taco Bell app and lets you place an order like everything is fine. But when you actually show up they tell you that because they are a KFC/Taco Bell the order didn’t actually go there and it went to a strictly Taco Bell location 12 minutes away on Pulaski highway.
So take it off the app then. Completely unacceptable.
