So the insides of Taco Bell restaurants have become unwelcoming dirty places. I do not if the labor shortage affects them, but this one was particularly dirty, the front counter staff seemed disinterested. The worst part was that my order was horrible. The regular crunchy taco combo I ordered was stale. I had already driven away and to say that I am annoyed is putting it mildly! It’s not exactly cheap and regardless should be fresh.
Listen I know it’s not gourmet dining, but it should be fresh. @pepsi @tacobell .

Every experience here has been the worst.
Most recent experience: I ordered a Combo #9: Mexican Pizza + 2 crunchy tacos via the drive through. When I came home, there was no Mexican pizza. I called the restaurant twice and it said the line was disconnected & asked me to submit the code for reinstating the line.
Also worth noting: we had to go through the drive through twice because they ignored us both at the speaker for 5 minutes & window for 3 minutes until we drove through again. Truly the worst customer service.
An earlier experience: I ordered a crunchy tacos with beans instead of beef. I saw they didn’t ring it in with beans so I asked to confirm if it’s vegetarian. They said yes. I got the receipt and saw it didn’t say beans, so I asked again to confirm it would be vegetarian & they said yes. Surprise: got it & it had beef. We alerted the cashier and the manager came out and ate the beef taco in front of us while they made me a new bean one.

Huge order..arrived like garbage..no sauce..called to inform… was told..when you order on line you must call the store to let them know you want sauce..Call store..sauces not available… I feel so very sorry for this business…for not taking pride in their work..an opportunity to serve the community. And after being informed things are lacking no updates or changes are made. I will not be ordering from this location again because they showed thru their actions they don’t want me as a customer.

Ordered taco bell, got it. Asked for taco bell sauce, was told they did not carry the taco bell sauces and offered KFC sauce instead. When I said “so, no hot sauce at all?” She said “nope” No apology, no shame. I guess just too cheap to stock themselves

Horrible customer service and incompetent workers. I usually go to another location but came to this location because they’re the only ones who still make the grilled chicken chipotle burrito which my brother gets. I was there on 12/12/24 at around 1:08pm. I ordered two of those and instructed them to ADD black beans to them. I even had him repeat it because they have screwed it up many times before. I was ushered to then park at the front because I had a large order. I checked the receipt and it said “+ sub blk Bn” when he brought out my order. I physically walked into the store with the entire bag and told him that the receipt looks wrong and to please make sure I had the CHICKEN + BLACK BEANS and I can pay the difference if I have to in order to make sure I got the correct order. The worker then took the receipt and bag back into the kitchen. When he came back out, he said that there was indeed chicken and black beans in them. I got home, my brother took a bite into the burrito only to find that they were filled with only black beans. I then called the store and a lady who spoken broken English answers. I explained the situation and my frustration that even after them physically checking and assuring me, I was told lies. She said she can make them again and then repeated that I only wanted black beans even though I stated many times I needed the chicken burrito with added black beans. She had a hard time comprehending so I politely asked if she could get someone who can fully understand English on the phone. She hung up on me. Not only that but three of the chalupas I had added chipotle sauce to did not have it in there so I was charged to add sauces to many items which they didn’t put them in – but I didn’t care for that so I never made it known. Again, I only went to this location because they still served those grilled chicken chipotle burritos so I had to make sure the order was correct for the person ordering it. There is a reason this location has low ratings and I will make sure to never come back again. The manager needs to really look into those cameras and see what’s being done because those workers are rude and would rather lie than correct the orders.

MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE PAYING AND BEFORE LEAVING, this location will mess you order up 3 out of 5 times you go there, either you ask for TWO chicken sandwiches with no pickles and they give you THREE WITH PICKLES or you will order a bunch of things with your friends and half the order wont be there… THIS LOCATION HAS NO CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS OR THEIR ORDERS, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BEFORE LEAVING AND KEEP THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT IN CHECK BECAUSE THEY WILL MESS UP AND WILL HAVE NO REMORSE FOR YOU AFTER THEY MAKE THE MISTAKE

Rang up my combo twice because I asked for one chicken chalupa and one steak chalupa. Refused to refund it when I noticed it on my receipt, called corporate and they refused to refund it but offered me to call corporate and they would call the store to make a new order. Nah I just won’t come back

Pathetic, their chicken is always stale and not fresh. Their wedges are very dry. Their food taste stale like overnight food from the counter. The KFC at Germantown is way better and always has fresh food
