Asked for Veggie Ball and they gave Chicken ball. Clearly showed phone that has written veggie bowl. Didn’t notice until come to my work place. When I got replacement not side sauce inside. And my break time was over for that. Tried to call them but no answer. Stopped by there and asked for refund that my break time is over and can’t eat until late night. But they said we don’t have refund. Left the bowl there and returned empty handed. Disappointed.

First, it is inside the KFC. After placing our order, several items were missing. The food was not very well prepared. The reason we go to fast food places is to get what we expect, nothing more. Unfortunately this was not what was expected from Taco bell.

I frequent this location as it is close to work. The original recipe chicken is always hot, fresh and delicious, as are the pot pies. I have always had great experiences with the staff and my mobile orders are always ready on-time. No complaints here.

It is wonderful to have a choice of Mexican or chicken. This is centrally located in Ashburn and is almost always easy in and easy out. The shopping center is separated by the parking lot so you do not deal with any traffic once you turn into the center

Taco Bell at Ashburn, VA.
The location is good and it is convenient.
The people making the food have been making food better than in the past.
The mexican pizzas are better, with cheese and sauce being more evenly distributed and the ingredients actually being on the Mexican Pizza.
They also stopped breaking the tacos along the shell to where they are no longer broken pretty much in half horizontally.

Very rude staff. Took my daughter through drive through and the youngish cashier was hitting on her right in front of me. It’s advertised as a KFC not Taco Bell. Rundown look. Drive through menu board doesn’t work. Food ranges from poor to average.
