The food is the only good thing about this place and that’s after waiting 20 minutes to get it. Drive-through was so long, but I should’ve stayed in the drive-through. I went inside and Didn’t even get acknowledged for 5 min until one guy was like hey we got people upfront. Also, they speak Primarily Spanish in the back and I’m guessing they assume all white people don’t speak Spanish, and I heard them talking shit about me and what I ordered. Also, there was multiple employees just sitting eating on their phones on speaker being loud and obnoxious. Not sure if they are on break or getting off or what but not a good look. Never going back. Just go to the food truck down the street, much better

The food is great, and the service is timely. My issue with the service had to do with expired promotions plastered inside and outside and the manager refused to honor the promotions even after the staff originals told me it was still on going. After pointing out the promotion was inside and outside, still no one removed the signage. I wonder how many others placed an order and was told the promotion no longer existed.

Went to lots of fast food places in my life most places mess up our order because we order vegterian so substitutions must be made. However we had a large order of mixed types of food (veg/non veg) and they got everything right!

Food and staff are ok but they need to be more consistent in getting the orders correct, they will forget items or forget to put things in the item, like forgetting to put the chicken in a chicken soft taco.

Fantastic Experience at KFC!!
I had an amazing experience at this KFC location! The chicken was absolutely delicious perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous, making it well worth the visit.
We had two order of 3pc, side of coleslaw and mashed potatoes ♥️♥️♥️perfect dinner.
The service was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring our order was prepared quickly and accurately. A special shoutout to the young man and the lady who assisted us they were both so kind and welcoming, which made our visit even better.
If you’re looking for great tasting chicken and excellent service, I highly recommend this KFC. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place completely messed up my order. Absolutely trash. The taco pizza was missing most of the toppings, and there was a long hair in the taco. The staff were rude. I threw everything away but the popcorn chicken from KFC. I’ll be reporting this to corperate. Do not eat here!

I come here pretty often and i’ve never had an issue. Today, though a mexican pizza I ordered was destroyed in the box. Came back to the store and Franklin and Michelle made it right. Excellent customer service!

They keep screwing up my orders. I keep giving them another chance, but they just keep disappointing. Items constantly missing, or food is cold, or just wrong items altogether. And their fountain drinks have a chlorine after taste like they use nasty tap water. And I have wasted gas on several occasions driving back to the restaurant to get my order fixed. Just save your time and money, don’t go.

They are a franchise so they are above the taco bell $1 Baja blast between 2-5. The reason I initially wanted to go was for the $1 Baja blast. Their prices are also higher than surrounding Taco Bell’s. Luckily, you don’t have to pay for and get the rest of your order so I just left and now they are on my don’t go to this place list.
